Porterhouse medium rare was perfection. Server was new, still in training. Keisha was wonderful. Super friendly, personable. Never let my drink go empty which is how I determine how much tip to leave. She got a great tip!?

The food is REALLY good; however, they didn't give us any plastic ware to eat with and no sauces. The shrimp was supposed to have cocktail sauce, and I could have used some tartar sauce with my fish. But I guess I didn't tell them we were bringing dinner to our sister at her nursing home, but they should have asked if we needed sauces.

Food was not cooked properly. I ordered a steak well done, but it had so much red in it, that l got sick looking at it. The macaroni was enough for a child under 3. I was turned off and will never go back to this place again.

I went for take out and to have a drink. It was not Valentines Day, but the day after. I expected it to be busy, so I was prepared to wait a bit longer. It took several long minutes to be acknowledged by the bartenders even with eye contact. I ordered a margarita and salad to eat there and a steak/rib combo to go. I was there an hour, so I had plenty of time to observe the staff. Not once did I see one of them smile. I am very irritated at wait staff that expect a tip for going thru the motions with no effort at hospitality. The food was good, but I think some training is needed in customer experience.

Always amazing whenever I go. Their steaks are always cooked perfectly to order, which I ask for their moonshine glaze to be added for cooking. Servers are very nice, and a couple whenever I go, know my drink by heart, and just confirm my order before placing it, since I always order the same thing. That constitutes amazing service to me, servers that remember and care for their diners

Lunch was great. Had grilled chicken salad with the suggested dressing ( which was awesome) . Great presentation and nice calm atmosphere made this choice a perfect lunch.

Terrible service and lack of organization from management. I booked a company Christmas party weeks in advance, then called to confirm it the day before. Both times I called they confirmed to me that all was ok and booked. When my party of 20 arrived they did not have our reservation correctly. Then it seriously took 30 minutes to get our drinks after we ordered our drinks. I had to walk to the bar and get the drinks myself to hand out to members of our party. Half of the dinner plates brought to our table were incorrect. The servers had no idea who ordered what and the servers couldn’t even tell us what type of steaks they were holding so we could tell them who ordered what. We spent a lot of money here and I did go ahead and tip more than they deserved. (Between 15-20%). I didn’t want these college kids punished for poor management.

We eat at Logan's about once a month. Mostly around lunch, a few times at dinner and our food has always been good and as expected. We had dinner this Saturday night for my grandson's birthday and had a lovely meal. Our server was adorable and top notch! However, they sat us near a large table of OBNOXIOUS people who did not control their kids and made a bit of a scene by claiming all sorts of things were wrong with their meal, at the end of their meal. I was outraged by their behavior! These were obviously people who were trying to get something for nothing and give the staff a tough time. I wish good, decent and kind people didn't have to encounter rubbish like that.
My bestie and I have odd steak preferences - I eat very rare steaks - and Logan's pulled it off beautifully. The steak was tender, juicy, and just the way I requested it. My best friend always gets her steak well done, and they also did a fantastic job on hers; it was still juicy and tender with great flavor and cooked through without being charred. It is very rare that a restaurant can nail both nearly mooing and nearly beef jerky at the same table and they did just that. The sides were also amazing - I had a mushroom skewer that was better than I've had anywhere else. Thanks for the memorable experience!

We went to the Logan's Roadhouse in Athens, GA for a family meal on a Saturday evening. Since UGA was busy eating Gator in Jacksonville, Athens was not very crowded. We were seated right away. Our server was very polite and never left us hanging around in need of anything. I ordered a 12 ounce top sirloin and it was served with choice of two sides for around $13. It was cooked perfect and was very tender. The baked sweet potato and grilled seasonal vegetable skewer were perfect sides. It was about all I could do to finish it and a couple of their hot yeast rolls. Very nice experience all around. Thanks!

I ordered the French dip after my waitress recommended it, saying it was her favorite. It was okay. the cheese was barely melted and the bread want warm at all. I've eaten my fair share of French dip sandwiches, and this one was just so so.
