Marble Slab Creamery

I barely got 3/4 of the pint that I paid for. Even with 3 ingredients, basically vanilla.
Don't waste your money.

Was in earlier this week and Robin was very nice and helpful and the store was very clean and well maintained. Would Recommend

Didn’t know we had a Marble Slab in the Athens area again so I was super excited to try. The reviews were off putting especially considering it’s such a new location but I decided to still try it. Similar to another review, the customer service was sub par. We weren’t greeted upon entering, none of the staff even cracked a smile, and act as if they didn’t want to be there. The toppings did NOT look fresh AT ALL. The marshmallows were all clumped together almost in a hard ball, the cake pieces were tough, and the worker barely mixed the toppings in. The actual ice cream itself, the banana pudding ice cream, tasted GREAT. But the toppings looked like they’d been sitting out for days. Checking out, he rang us up and didn’t give me a total. Just kind of stared until I looked down at the tablet and saw the total and then paid. I don’t think I’ll be back to this location. It sucks because we haven’t had a marble slab creamery in years and it lacked Marble Slab quality on almost every level.

The ice cream is absolutely amazing! The service is great, and I loved the choices I had to choose from! Will definitely come back!

LOL.. $40 Wasted for terrible birthday cake.

Charged $21 for a cup of ice cream with no toppings and 2 cookies. The staff clearly didn’t want us there and were bothered that we disturbed their conversation. And the attitude when we tried to tell her the total was wrong. Nope! We will NEVER go back.

🍪 Being able to sample flavors made choosing so much easier, and the checkout process was quick and seamless. The staff was friendly, the treats were delicious, and I’ll definitely be coming back for more.

Was so excited to have an ice cream place close but unfortunately they advertise cakes more then the marble stone. Not very informative about what they are serving. Not very welcoming. Felt like we were intruding. Wont be back…..

When reviewing Marble Slab Creamery there are different menu items besides just ice cream. Marble Slab also offers ice cream cookie sandwiches, milkshakes, ice cream cakes, sundaes, and smoothies. They also sell ice cream by quarts for a sweet treat at home. Overall this was a great new place to review with unique flavors for anybody.
