Rude service! Hard working mother of 2 needing to pay with dollar bills and change money. I made an online order to pay in person. Cashier told me she was to busy to count out the change (there was 2 other workers working and another came in later while I was waiting). I'm sure they were slammed with orders unfortunately everywhere is right now. Thankfully I had enough to pay in bills and only had to give her $4 dollars in quarters.
Parking: Parking is limited. Sometimes you have to park far away and walk.

Whichever male manager was here today refused to remake a pizza that was supposed to be half pepperoni and half no pepperoni. Offered to “sell me a pizza half price” to make up for it. Would not refund the money for the pizza I did not want after it was not made correctly.

We did a pickup order and I arrived about 5 to 10 minutes late. Most of the hot food was already sitting there but the salads and another item were still pending. It took another 10 minutes or so.... I was there for a while watching the person make other orders and didn't really know what was going on. I felt bad because it seemed like they could have used some help behind the counter.

You can’t make this stuff up. We ordered online and when I arrived for pick up the clerk told me they didn’t have an order in my name or my fiancé’s name. I called my fiancé. She confirmed the order online at the right address and then called the store to confirm that our order was actually there and they confirmed it. I went back inside and asked the same clerk. Are you sure there’s not an order for Robin and she again says no I don’t with an attitude. So I had to yell back to the kitchen have any of y’all taken taking an order from a girl named Robin trying to confirm that we did place an order and immediately one of the guy speaks up. Yes I just confirm that on the phone and she still trying to to tell me that we didn’t have an order. So now I’ll probably have dirt and spit in my pizza because I’ll let her know that she needed to know how to do a better job.

When they first opened it was decent. But now we have received 2 deliveries where the pizzas were incorrectly made, toppings I paid for not added. I was told that it would be added to my account but there is no refund.
And when I picked up pizza’s I had to wait a few (no issues), but the staff were making pizzas without gloves, and pulling out their phone then going back to adding toppings to pizzas.
Truly liked the chain to begin with but no longer want to go back!

My first time ever ordering from this store and they got one of the pizzas wrong (added cheese). When I called back, they said I had to bring the pizza back in for a refund, which I couldn’t do since it was 20 minutes until close. I accepted the credit they offered instead, but they neglected to tell me it was only for $10 when the pizza itself cost over $20. I found this out when I called back the next day to order the exact same pizza. When I asked if I could bring the one with cheese back since it was still in my fridge, they said it wasn’t an option and that I should’ve brought it back the night before.
Needless to say, this was a terrible experience for a first-time customer. The staff also hang up incredibly quickly, which I found to be quite rude as well. I’ll definitely never be ordering from this store again, and I’ll be getting my money back through my bank instead.

Keep trying to place an order with you. Online you show a coupon for unlimited large pizzas but when I try to change the quantity it won't let me. If I repeatedly add the coupon for each pizza individually, when I try to check out it says the order was rejected.

I ordered a pizza from here yesterday and I always order from here and tip but this time yesterday I got my order and did not tip and the driver wrote out a tip of $3.00 basically stealing from me . I called the manager and she refunded me 3.00$ without doing anything else and hung up the phone in my face THIS WAS THE MANAGER !!!!!!! like how can you steal from me . I will NEVER order from here ever again in my life THIEFS
