This place is absolutely terrible. Orderd a pizza, it came out wrong and then they told me to get a credit of 15 dollars, I informed the young woman last night I don't have account and my meal was 22 dollars, so then she said we'll you can bring in the pizza and we can give you a refund. Needless to say I had to come back to the store and everyone was closed up and this was at 945. They opened the door gave me a refund and trashed the pizza. Needless to say I won't support a business that is so thoughtless and wasteful in the future. Too many pizza places to have bad service like this.

It is Sunday. I did an online order. On their page it states they are open until 11pm. Completed the order at 9:47 pm and was notified in the email confirmation that it would be done at 10:12 pm. I arrive at the location where two employees were walking to their car. I thought nothing of it and tried the door realizing that they were in fact closed. I asked the employees if they were indeed closed - they confirmed it. They stated that they closed at 10pm on Sundays. So my order was paid for online, the money was taken out of the account and I have no food. Why would there not be a notification or even a way for the order to not be made if they were closing that soon? I will be disputing the charge.

Went to pick up an order that my sister in law ordered for the family. Told the girl the name it was under and I guess she didn't hear the name and assumed we ordered from the Watkinsville. Told her maybe it was on another name and she still said it wasn't in the system and I should check the other store. Called my sister in law to check if we might have ordered from the wrong place so she calls up there with me standing there. Sure enough the phone rang and she talked to the girl and I guess she told her that I gave out the wrong names. Of course she was rude with her too but it was finally straighten out and she brings me all the food and tells me I gave her the wrong name. How hard is it to hear the name Alex. Guess she was having a bad day. She was also short with the guy who was in front of me too.

I ordered food from the east side Athens location with a promised time, after 20 mins PAST the promised delivery time I called the store. A lady picked up the phone claiming to be the owner and was VERY rude!! I asked what they could do about my order and she said the driver HAD NOT EVEN LEFT THE STORE YET! understandably I was very upset, she said either wait for the food or cancel the order with no type of compensation for my time after it’s been 20 mins past THEIR promised time of delivery and now knowing I’d have to wait longer due to them not even leaving yet! I will not be ordering from here and letting people know how horrible the service was at this location !!! ITS NOT WORTH COLD PIZZA AND RUDE SERVICE! 0/10!!!!!

We are at the Marco's in Cornelia, Ga. Wish there was a Marco's on the east side of Athens. Friends of mine were with me when we stopped to get something to eat while we were running around.I know there's a Marco's on the west side of Athens, but I'm not going to fight the traffic.

Fast and consistently delicious high-quality pizza. They are our new favorite go-to pizza place! They have had fresh crust every time I've gone. They put a good amount of toppings that makes it just right. I really can't complain about anything.

This has been the most hilarious of all. I will preface that I did order from grubhub and that they may be part of the culprit. However, one third of the order was missing and what arrived looked like it survived the Daytona 500. I do not recommend doing Marco's on a food delivery platform. But, I'll also caution Marco's on the platforms they chose to deliver with. This experience has actually made me and my household say ... NO MORE MARCO'S!!! Period. And yea, like all, I'll share to go to Johnny's with all my friends and family too! In pics, the grease marks clearly indicate how they feel about the quality of their food. Tipped over much??
