McDonald's is a mixed bag. While the sandwiches like McChicken are fresh and hot, the presence of employees smoking by the entrance can be off-putting. The staff is a hit or miss - some are great while others, like the lady with blue and black braids, can be extremely rude. Despite the disrespectful treatment, some customers return because of the convenient location and kids loving the place. The cleanliness of the restrooms is commendable, but the behavior of certain employees leaves much to be desired. Overall, McDonald's offers a decent meal but the service quality may vary depending on the staff encountered.
