Some of the most rude people you ever meet. Supervisor on duty, exclaimed everything. Meaning she herself was so unprofessional, rude & disrespectful. I’m seeing such a simple order, but they did. They really need to get rid of everyone there and start fresh
What more can you say about McDonald's, they have been nailing for a long time, except for the ice cream machine being down at the worst times it's perfect. To be honest if a ice cream machine being down messes up your day then you probably should go back home ?

I swear they never get it right, they always miss something or give you the wrong order. this is the worst McDonald’s in Athens hand down. I have never been more disappointed with fast food service. I always get food here because it close to my apartment and I have yet to get a correct order for the year I have been going here. FAST FOOD IS NOT THAT HARD IF YOU DONT WANT THE JOB OR THE RESPONSIBILITYS THAT COME WITH IT THEN DONT GET THE JOB

I dont know what is up with all the negative reviews. The food was warm and the fries were perfectly salted. The staffs were focused and sincere with their work. Would definitely come here again.

This store has undergone an incredible change lately they were literally the worst McDonald's in Athens and now are ranking among the top two or three at least the service the drive-thru the food everything is now top-notch

Customer service is spot on especially the first cashier you come to After placing your order , you'll come to just see her in the morning so blessed to know her , the rest of the crew is ok but she's awesome , the food is always good the atmosphere has nothing to do with McDonald' .

I eat at McDonald’s once every few months. I like this location. I order on the app and usually pick up in the drive-thru. Both food and service are usually good, with minimal wait-time. Every once in a while you’ll get a surly or unfriendly employee, but it seems to be the exception rather than the rule at this location.
