I arrived at 10:24 AM to order me a McChicken, I knew k had to wait until 10:30 , As as soon as 10:30 hit , It let me order my food on my mobile app , WHY WAS MY MCCHICKEN COLD AND HARD !!!! Breakfast is over @ 10:30 , ain’t no way I should have gotten a cold hard old sandwich, It should have been fresh. BUT I CAN SAY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AMAZING ! They had me laughing , They were so nice Ian even check my food until I drove off . SMH ,

Ordered breakfast pickup around 10:15, get to the drive-thru at 10:25, breakfast closes at 10:30 and I'm the 3rd car back. Takes 12 minutes for the 2 cars ahead of me to be cleared and I get to the speaker at 10:37, I already paid and ordered on the app. They tell me they can't send it through and I've wasted half an hour of my life and still don't have breakfast. This sucks.

Every time we try to eat at this location they are short food, out of everything and the wait is always 30 minutes or more in the Drive trough. I hope this comment reaches mcdonald corporate and they make the correction with the night staff that need to be made.
