This mcdonald’s was one of the best mcdonald’s I have gone to. The wait was long but the service made up for it. Lady on the mic was super nice and the guy who gave us our food was cracking jokes, super pleasant!

Worst experience ever. My husband got there after we made an online order just to be told the food wasn’t ready because we hadn’t paid. Even though the money had been taken out of my account. We had to wait even longer for them to figure all of that out. When we finally got our food it was cold, stale, and sloppy. My burger was hardly put together, not even in a wrapper just tossed in the bag, there was a random sauce all over all the contents in the bag. No happy at all.

This is the rudest place to eat the employees at the front desk were very unprofessional I asked politely for a round egg substituted for a flat egg and was told I'm not doing this today with a very rude attitude I frequent McDonald's but yall should Start having customer service training instead of having hood rats running your register interacting with customers

Unequivocally the WORST fast food store in Athens. Constantly slow. Constantly wrong. It’s an absolute JOKE with the staff in store. Understood that it’s fast food, but good grief, it’s as if the staff hates everyone that comes through. Whole late night staff (10 PM) is more interested in socializing and taking pictures of themselves than they are providing a hot meal (which they’re getting paid for). It’s embarrassing. Have been 5 total times to this location in 6 years, and each time is seriously worse than the last.
They messed up my food and made a complete different order then what I ordered and complained about my gluten allergy. Then they didn't put take the stuff off that I asked them too. And they were so very rude

Got breakfast this morning. Hash browns were the only thing that was good. Breakfast burritos were cold and it felt they killed them right out of the fridge and put them in the bag, no warmup or anything. I didn’t go back because I feared they would do something to the new food. Coffee was very watered down. Never coming back to this location.

Mobile app shouldn’t allow you to choose “pick up at counter” if the staff is going to lock the doors and tell you to go get in the drivethru line that is wrapped around the building to get your food that has been ready for 10+ mins now. They wouldn’t let me cancel the order either and then hung up on me. So now I have been sitting in this drive thru for 30 mins and haven’t moved when my food was ready 40 mins ago.
