The one here in Pageland, SC is a total wreck! They charged us for two mocha frappes, then, after we placed the order and paid, they proceeded to tell us they weren't doing frappes tonight. So, my husband went to place the drink order and receive a partial refund. It took them 10-15 minutes before they brought out one little tea. I never recieved a drink. We are very unhappy to say the least!

Service is terrible nothing like they use to be most in the black neighborhoods are really bad workers don’t take their job or responsibility serious lack of patience workers do everything but their jobs since pay got better service got worse there really are a lot of issues that need addressing

I love the food, Eat there a lot, but don't fall for their Survey scam. They tell you if you take the survey, you will get a free meal. You get a number after you take the survey. I went with my ticket, but they said you can get a free burger if you buy one. I had ordered my Big Mac like I always do, so I just paid and told them to throw the slip away. I love their food, but they run a lot of scams. Remember the Monopoly game? That was a scam from the beginning. Just eat their food. You don't win prizes or get anything for free. The people are great! They were very nice about it.

I ordered breakfast through the McDonald’s app for delivery. When the order was received items were missing, a whole meal minus the drink. McDonald’s says I have to resolve with Uber eats, even though I ordered through McDonald’s app, UberEats says they can’t help because I don’t have the order number from the receipt, which wasn’t attached to my bag when it was delivered, McDonalds says they cannot provide me with the order number as they don’t have access to it. I have been waiting for a call back from a supervisor for over 4 hours now, tried calling the restaurant it was delivered from and the phone number just rings. Horrible customer service all around.

The one on SW Parkway never gets our order right. When I called them to ask about my qtr pounder they said there was nothing she could do. I spoke to a woman manager who was very rude and ended up hanging up on me. I tried to call back several times but she refused to answer the phone. What a horrible place to eat or to do business with. They truly don’t care about the customer and the manger SUCKS! I will be contacting their corporate office to report her.

The double quarterpounder was cooked thoroughly (many other locations I ordered, and the DQPC are undercooked). The patties were slightly thinner but larger diameter. The service was friendly. They forgot the BBQ sauce for the nuggets, but the food came out hot and fresh.

Finally, a McDonald's near me, very convenient! I've haven't had a bad experience yet. I love that the kiosk takes cash, very convenient. My only complaint though, is there is no drink refill station. Other than that, it's a good place.
Good drive thru experience. Have had a few regular window attendees that have been very pleasant. Food is fast, fresh, and correct (this is often NOT the case at the other Athens location) HOWEVER I recently made the mistake of going inside to order. The interior design is made with a closed kitchen. That means you can't see into the back... Which may be aesthetically pleasing but is terrible for service, because it also means that the kitchen can't see you. I stood with other patrons for about 10-15 minutes before someone finally had to call back "hello" to try to get someone's attention. The employee was agitated and rude when serving indoor customers, and on top of that, I waited a full 45 minutes for my small order while I watched the drive thru flow by at a very steady pace. Moral of the story? Great location for a drive thru McDonald's. Want to sit in? Go elsewhere.

My Drive through experience was terrible. I pulled up to the first ordering box and wait and waited for someone to ask me what I wanted to order. All this time they took 3 orders on the second drive through box. I even yelled Hello? To no luck. The car in front of me hopped the curb to get out of the drive through line and the car behind me backed up and got in the second ordering line because of how long I waited for someone to take my order. I decided to just pull forward and order at the window instead. Apparently that’s a big No no. The nice lady at the window didn’t know what to do so she went and got her manager or whomever was in control of taking orders at the boxes. This woman was very rude to me. I tried to explain the situation and she said normally she would just make me drive around again. She then mumbled under her breath “Ain’t nobody said nothing about it all morning.” As if I was lying. They proceeded to take my order at the window then didn’t give me half of my order that I paid for. I just left. Won’t be returning to this location any time soon.

The lady who took my order never smiled. It seemed I interrupted her day. There is no drink station so you have to wait around for a refill. There is a wall behind the order counter that blocks any view of the kitchen. You can't see if workers have hair loose and flowing or neatly put up, if they are in uniform or dirty clothes...... Are they being clean with the food? Who knows, it is hidden. No way I will ever come back here.
