I love this McDonald's. I have never had a bad experience and everything is hot and fresh. I live near the one on 29 near athens tech and it is so outstandingly bad that I will go out of my way to make sure I stop here on my way home from work

First things I noticed was there was no one working the counter and with the design no one could see you if you needed assistance. At first I could not find the ordering station because they were in the back and ot near the counter.
There was no interaction with personal and would be difficult to get them if you needed them.
Food wise the fries were good, but the sandwich McChicken was like chewing rubber.

The one here in Pageland, SC is a total wreck! They charged us for two mocha frappes, then, after we placed the order and paid, they proceeded to tell us they weren't doing frappes tonight. So, my husband went to place the drink order and receive a partial refund. It took them 10-15 minutes before they brought out one little tea. I never recieved a drink. We are very unhappy to say the least!
