The people are awesome but the food....is the WORST MEDITERRANEAN FOOD I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. SHANK WAS RED ON THE INSIDE. My first time coming thought I could have a new home in Athens. My girl ate a little bit I threw mines in front of the establishment because I don't normally pay for food but when I do I expect well done food. AT LEAST. Rice was bland and had no real Mediterranean taste to it. Y'all go to Mediterranean breeze in Gainesville GA. Y'all won't be disappointed! I travel there and I should've this time it was my fault! Don't spend 40 bucks like I did guys. God willing I can get it back. Also the baklava was horrible and WET. Man everything was bad. I'm sorry guys. I'm honest!

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. I found it unexpectedly and am thrilled that I did. The staff were wonderful! The food was incredibly delicious! I look forward to going back.
I always have a great experience eating here. I just give it 4 stars because every time I order from here, 1 item is always missing from every order and it is always a different item that is missed. But we have eaten here multiple times and informed them each time. The manager fixed it for us the first time that happened which was very nice. I have mentioned it on other occasions but it still continues to be that one of the items we order is missing. The food is great though!

Might be my favorite place to grab lunch. I think I’ve tried all of the pita wraps/sandwiches and they’ve all been reeeeally good. I think the falafel and shish kabob sandwiches are my favorite. The other plates I’ve seen look pretty incredible too.

Good Gyro, Great Mediterranean salad, good hummus. I was expecting crunchier pita chips though with the hummus and perhaps a warmer, softer pita with the gyro. Sauces, Vinegarrette, and meat held good flavors. The staff was very helpful in recommending what to get as it was my first time at the restaurant. I enjoyed the music playing and the restaurant was very clean and comfortable! You definitely feel as if you transcend overseas when you're in this restaurant. However, be careful with the parking lot outside if you are driving here as space is limited and everything is very close. Not the best Mediterranean food I've had but I would come back when willing to try new dishes!
