I met Mr. Bill at the Winterville Farmer's market a couple of weeks ago and sampled his organic Marigold blend. It was delicious! I would have bought a bag of coffee right then, but he didn't have a grinder with him. I went to the Filipino restaurant in Winterville a couple of days later where they sold his coffee beans and grinded them for me. I've been drinking it for a week now, and it doesn't upset my stomach like regular coffee does.

If you know me, you know I am a coffee snob, and drink more than what some would deem healthy. I told Mr. Bill that there was no way he would convert me and I was converted at first sip. His Azteca blend with organic cacao nibs will make you wonder how you have survived without this. If you don't have time to wait for your french press, the Hatian Blue makes your tongue tingle needing more! The coffee is perfect hot or iced.
