Three orders in a row they have gotten my order wrong even when it clearly says on the receipt stapled to the bag what that order is supposed to contain. While I like their food it would be super cool if I got what I ordered. Poor leadership from the management explains poor execution by the team.

So... ordered my food, $73 worth which is outrageous, they brought the wrong sandwich and proceeded to argue with me about said sandwich. Then instead of making correct sandwich right away. They made food for 20 other people before mine , so by the time I got my sandwich the other people at my table were finished. The remade sandwich had hardly anything on it. Basically just bread. For $73 party of 3, we could have gone to Olive Garden and had unlimited salad and breadsticks with entrees.
Our last time at Newks... not worth the money or to be hassled by staff.

ordered a pizza- base price about just about 13 dollars not including tax - You are better off going to ALDI's and buying 3 frozen pizzas... you'll spend about the same with 8 x the value.. NEVER AGAIN! this pizza was a joke... Enough is Enough.. overcharing - this isn't about the location as much as it is about the entire Franchise.. NEVER AGAIN

The Newks Q sandwich wrap was delicious which is why I typically will order it. The meal was delivered to our table without delay and the server offered to get us anything else that was needed. (We had all we needed from our order.)
Newks has delicious food. The cauliflour crust pizza's are the best I have ever had. They do a great job and everything is delicious. Very consistent. Best cauliflower crust pizza in town!

All the variety, freshness of ingredients, the proteins, all the flavors, the best. No where has a salad meal like Newks. Even my husband adores the salads.
