Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

3 hours to deliver a family meal when the restaurant is 10” away. Was not notified outside delivery service. Extremely rude personnel when called. Food was good, but not worth the hassle. NEVER again!

Went by myself and sat at the bar. Was barely anyone there when I got there then it slowly started getting crowded. The waitress was very low attentive, but changed his demeanor when couples (predominately white) sat at the bar. I had to keep getting his attention for service, but he would go straight to others and take care of their needs immediately. Food was mediocre, especially for the price. Will not be returning.

Olive Garden catered a meal for my work party. I miscalculated the amount of food we would need. Desperate to restock mid party I called and asked for a couple more family size trays ASAP. They were so fast and helpful no one noticed we almost ran out. Everyone enjoyed the food!

We loved Lance, our server. He was so good. He refilled and brought seconds without us even having to ask. One of the best servers I’ve ever had. 15/10

The 3 orders of chicken alfredo were all room temp at best when they arrived. The server was not super attentive to our party of 6 people and had to stop her several times to ask for refills after a wait. We wanted to try OG since it's been a while, but we would rather go to DePalmas and pay as much or more for better food and atmosphere.

We had a group of 20 and they got is in and served in a reasonable time. The only issue i had was I order a to go meal and when we were ready to leave the waitress had forgot to enter it even though I reminded her twice. Therefore we had to wait and then the manager still charged me full price. I wasn't expecting it free but a discount for the inconvenience of waiting 10 minutes would would have been nice.

Best Olive garden I've ever been to. It's been set up properly, meaning they built it to pump the numbers through the store so you're not just waiting in lines... All of the food was up to Olive garden's chain standards. Our server was actually great. We live in the Atlanta metro area and I can tell you that this location beats every Atlanta metro location I've ever been to and I've been to most of them.
If you're going to go to a chain for Italian food, This particular Olive garden restaurant hits the sweet spot

The screens on the table are a step in the wrong direction. If I go out to a restaurant, it's for the experience, I'd like to converse with my waiter/waitress. My favorite dish from Olive Garden is the steak gorgonzola, and it has come back. I received my chicken tortelloni and ate my 1st bite before I saw an advertisement that said, "It's back!" Lost my appetite seeing that when eating out is a treat. I'd have preferred a communicative conversation with the waitress after we sat down. Why does this location even have wait staff when it's obviously a tactic to weed out human interaction? It's gonna be sad when that location finally closes but not surprising.
