This is a wonderful Outback!! They are so sweet here and even in a crowded waiting room, they sat us very quickly! The food was amazing! We went for veterans day and my husband had the bloomin onion burger, it was cooked perfectly, super juicy and he enjoyed every bite! Our server Ellie was also amazing! She was super sweet, and kept checking on us to make sure everything was to our liking! They even gave my husband a complimentary slice of cheesecake to thank him for his service! Truly a wonderful experience, we will definitely be visiting often! I highly recommend the bloomin onion burger, the Mac and cheese and the cheesecake, all were fabulous! (Cheesecake pictured partially eaten because we just couldn't wait to taste it 😅😋)

My girlfriend and I went to this location last night. After standing at the front for 10 minutes. No one made any effort to talked to us or made any eye contact. There were 3 employees in the front acted like they were busy. After standing there for 10 minutes someone came out from the back asking us if we weren’t help? Huh? If we were helped why are we still standing there? It’s so disgraceful we are there to give them business but get treated like we are no body. At the end of the day we left and probably never going back there again. Stay away from this place. There are tons of steak houses in Athens.

When you go to a national restaurant chain one expects certain things to take place in regards to food quality and the local's ambiance. What is not a given is to find great service. We'll, that is not the case in this Outback. Sara was our server and she was phenomenal but what made this visit perfect was Hunter the restaurant manager. We had a complaint about a dish and we were mesmerized with how much he really cared about making it right. He was not going through the motions, he was embodying professional compassionate care and for that we are very grateful. We will definitely keep coming back.

While my hubby’s steak was perfect I was slightly disappointed in the prime rib. It was dry and not much taste at all. It’s my usual go to when we go to Outback however this time I wasn’t impressed. We were blessed with a gift card so not out any money but disappointing none the least. Next time I will go with the filet!
Drove from Washington DC to Athens. Ordered carry out and the young man to bring us the food was very polite and helpful as we asked questions about the local area. The restaurant was about to close and he was kind and patient.

Ordered take out for a friend, the Alice's chicken quesadilla , we received 3 pieces with little to no chicken. I only give feedback when it's really bad. Spoke to the manager, a young female, she assured me she would refund the meal back to my card and send gift cards. I didn't expect the gift cards but agreed to the refund. I didn't get my refund. Outback used to be one of my faves, not the first time this location was bad. Never again!
