Don't get me wrong the food is delicious but just a warning..if you are ordering on ubereats or doordash they are more than likely going to forget something. I blame a little on the app the first time when I selected sweet potato and somehow I got 2 salads, forgetting my croutons on 1. Then the second time I ordered they forgot my onion sauce for the blooming onion chicken. Only reason why I rated it 3 stars but other than that pretty yummy 😋

This location used to be our favorite. We have been coming for the last 20+ years. However, the last two times we have gone in the Coconut Shrimp which my wife gets with her meal has overcooked and rubbery. The steaks do not seem to be the portion size they claim, they are tougher than they used be, and have been not been cooked correctly both times. The only two things that seem that are still good are the Bloomin Onion and the salad. If i was you I would skip Outback and go to one of the other steak restaurants in town.

The restaurant was pretty empty my dad took me and my daughter to eat for his birthday te day after the snow and my dad being older and hard of hearing and grumpy got loud with the server. And instead of the server being profitable and just doing his job. He got louder and ruder back. My dad was in the wrong for getting loud but the server was ridiculous arguing back the way he did. I used to wait tables for years when I was younger and you are always going to have customers that may be difficult. But that is the job you choose. If you can't handle this it may not be the job for you. But then on top of that the manager was told about it and did nothing. The server loudly told him the situation and he never came by to apologize about the situation. He did however end up bringing us all our food and drinks. But we waited way too long for it. And had to get up and ask for refills. It was very unprofessional and it just sucked. I really wanted to have a good meal and ask them to sing happy birthday.

Everything was good and fresh but my husband's steak was like medium rare he ate it cause he was hungry he didn't feel like waiting to fix another one I think it was cause it was so thick.
If I could give this experience zero stars across the board I would.This happened during lunch. We were greeted properly and seated immediately which was great. Out waitress introduced herself although she mumbled her name and took our drink order. Everything started out ok but quickly went terrible. As soon as we needed refills it took 20 min for any of our party of 4 to get one. Our meals consisted of the bloomin burger with fries, their chimichuri steak with fries and veggies, the prime rib sandwich with bacon cheese fries and then the steak salad. None of our meals were good. All 4 meals were cold. Yes we had a salad but the steak on it was cold... like ice cold. Both sandwiches were cold and both order of fries were cold. The bacon cheese fries were so cold that the cheese was no longer melted. Both order of steaks were ordered medium rare and both were not cooked properly. Both steaks came out medium with zero seasoning on them and when taken back to be recorded they came out rare. The salad had so much dressing on it that the actual salad became inedible. No one finished any of their food and we took nothing home. And on top of all this our waitress was extremely rude and not attentive at all after she first took our drink orders. She argued with us over how to steaks were cooked and then anytime we brought anything up she was acted like she didn't care. I love Outback but after this experience idk if I would ever want to come back to this location. Poor service from the waitress, terrible food and clearly someone who doesn't know how to cook or season steaks properly. Again based on this experience if I could give zero stars I would. Never even had a manager come up to us to see how our meals were. Beyond subpar. Again would give zero stars if I could.

Myself and my husband went for date night. It was his first time going to outback. We got in and the restaurant was pretty full we were sat down at this little tight table near the cash register. Our server was sweet, but she did not check in on us at all. We needed napkins, ketchup, refills, and she consistently passed our table without checking in. I ordered the chop steak and it didn’t look right. I asked to get a burger and fries instead. The burger was good. The restrooms at the time of my visit weren’t clean, but I was able to go in and wash my hands. Was hoping for a better experience.
