Manager Stefanie has the worst attitude when it comes to running a business. It's a shame I really wanted to try the restaurant but her attitude is a major turn off. I hope they can get rid of her and things can be good but until then I will not be Dining at this establishment

I ordered delivery through their app and never received the order. After contacting DoorDash, they said that they couldnāt remake my order, and that I would have to wait a week to receive a refund. I literally just wanted my order remade, and I canāt afford to order it again since I wonāt get the money back today.

This location is either empty or packed with students no in-between. Tonight marked the third time I have walked in a bread restaurant ( in combination with the Monroe location) and found out they are out of the most basic bread the banquettes. Further more no bread bowls. Also you cannot sub a bagel or other type of bread in its place to have with soup which also meant no banquet sandwiches either. Disappointed is an understatement as I left the store with a bowl of tomato soup and a slice of cranberry bread for 14 dollars. Only to find that my To-go order had no spoon for my soup! Do better
Also there was 4 employees at the front counter and only one working bless her heart.
store is great, staff is great, but someone PLEASE repaint the parking spot lines omg. Theyāve been so faded for YEARS and nothings changed and iām so tired of not being able to park because thereās 4 cars with half their vehicle in one spot and the other half in the other lol. And ik itās not yāallās fault that some people either live in their own little world not recognizing how their actions affect other people or their singular brain cell hasnāt been active since the cold warā¦ but it would definitely help if they got repainted.

I ordered a 1/2 grilled cheese with tomato soup & while the tomato soup tasted great, the āgrilled cheese sandwichā was not grilled at all. It tasted like it was microwaved American cheese on sourdough bread. Not worth $8. I expected a grilled cheese not microwaved bread with a cheese slice. Seriously, Panera? Where did your quality control go?

I placed a mobile order here and paid for extra turkey on my sandwich. I picked it up and opened it. No extra turkey. I went up to the counter and they literally told me thereās nothing they can do. Couldnāt even give me the extra slices for me to put it in myself. And the bread was pretty stale. Donāt usually have problems with this Panera.
