Your people at register are always awesome. However the kitchen can’t seem to get it together. The last 8 months or longer every order I’ve gotten has either been missing something, taken almost an hour to receive In an almost empty restaurant and since when does Panera use American cheese? This morning they completely left my grandmothers bagel out of the order. If i hadn’t checked the bag she wouldn’t have had breakfast. On top of that my 2 bagel sandwiches had American cheese for the first time ever and no garlic aioli? Please just get it together cuz when your food is good it’s GOOD.

Did not disappoint. Don't live too close to Panera so a treat when I find one near where I am. Sandwich was made well, bread was fresh and soup was hot.
