I order delivery from this store often. Normally I get top notch service. Today I didn't. I paid extra for them to deliver but they passed it off to door dash. Why did I pay the extra money? I called after placing the order for the peppers to be removed. They put extra peppers in on top of the pizza. It stunk so bad I could hardly eat it. The pizza had more source then cheese. Not good quality that they normally give. When I called the manager she interrupted me scolding me. She did offer a discount then rudely hung up the phone. So I called corporate. The answering machine said to go to a website. The website was not working. I found the main website and chatted with someone who told me to go to the same website that doesn't to work. Obviously they don't care. They lost a regular client. They can keep the discount they offered.

Dropped pizza on floor and had to remake ,the remake was made poorly. Last time I got pizza from here a medium took an hour..

Always get my order on time and they haven't ever messed my food up. This is actually a really nice papa John's for the area that it's in.

Does not deliver to the UGA Livestock arena which is 2.8 miles down the road. When I called, I was sent to a call collection center and not the actual store, so that was interesting. Will not be ordering from them.

The staff working last night when I picked up a large carryout order were absolutely a delight. They were so funny and helpful and just genuinely turned what is normally a mundane transaction into an unexpected highlight of my evening. It must be a fun place to work, and I'm appreciative of the staff going the extra mile to help me carry all the pizzas to my car- and making me laugh!

Service is atrocious now that they use Doordash for deliveries. I got the wrong pizza because the driver didn't even read the address, the order was for someone else. I send it back and call the store asking for a replacement.

First person I talked to said they would "notify the manager." 20 minutes go by and no contact, so I call back and I guess I talked to the manager on duty. No apologies, nothing -- he suggested that we simply "exchange the pizza with the other party" who got ours by mistake. Leaving aside for the moment the lousy customer service (go fix the problem yourself), it's a violation of health department regulations to re-serve food. I again requested a replacement and the manager said it would be delivered ASAP.

30 minutes go by and nothing. I call back and get another employee who tells me that the manager is unavailable, but when he was again this employee would have him call me. I suggested that instead, why don't they make MY PIZZA THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR and send it out ASAP. Hung up on me.

PJ's lost a customer tonight. Would advise against ever ordering from this company again.

UPDATE: replacement pizza arrived 2 hours late and cold. But I did get a free brownie, apparently, though no one ever called me back. I hope this wasn't someone else's dessert.

There was a Tuesday sale where you could get a medium sized one topping pizza for $4.99. I stopped in because I saw employees outside holding a sign with the details of the sale on it. I was disappointed with the customer service, and no one had on gloves while preparing the food. There is little to no places to sit, and the restaurant was in need of a cleaning especially the part where the customers order their food.

Papa Johns is good enough to stay competitive. It's very consistent in taste.

I ordered a Large pizza to get 10 slices, instead got a 12 inch with 8 slices. Ordered a Hawaiian Pizza that should have pineapple tidbits topping, but there was NO pineapple. When I walked in, there were 3 "kids" working behind the counter, yelling out to other kids in the lobby and outdoor patio.
