Legally you should have accepted my Cash and instead you committed illegal business practices. I'm not doing circles for your corporate business for 2 pizzas. Take my cash next time or I'm calling corporate. Have change on hand or don't run a business. I used US legal tender and you should have accepted it. Will be going to Domino's for now on. Broke ahhh

Have ordered delivery from this location twice, months apart, and it got cancelled nearly an hour after I placed the order each time, with no explanation or notification. If I wouldn’t have attempted to track the order on my own, I would have never known it got cancelled (for no reason). Avoid ordering delivery from this location.

We ordered delivery which arrived on time with no issues. Our problem was the pizza. Papa John’s has gone downhill in the past few years. Most noticeable was the skimpy amount of toppings on the two pizzas we received. One piece of the pepperoni mushroom had no mushroom, the other seven slices had scarce amounts. The same went for the “Garden Fresh” specialty pizza which had so little topping that it was not discernible when eating that it was not a cheese pizza. Crust on the thin was cracker like. Original crust on the other pizza was thin in the center and doughy at the edges, There are a LOT of places to get pizza in this town. Several are worse (Marco’s, Domino’s). But don’t waste your money here when Mama Sid’s is as good/better and WAY cheaper and Johnny’s isn’t a whole lot more in price but 1000 times better.

Ordered online. Got confirmation. Went to pickup half an hour later. The girl at the counter said no order was received. Asked me to place an order again! I showed them the confirmation email. The girl on the counter could not care less. I checked out my credit card and it was charged. I showed them that. Then they said they'll prepare the pizza. I said I don't want pizza and want my money back. They said you should get a refund within 24 hours, and I should call them if I do not receive a refund, but they did nothing for the refund. It was clear the money was gone, so I decided to wait for the pizza I ordered 45 minutes ago. Nice job!

Horrible experience. Ordered delivery which by itself took forever. Missing a pizza once arrived and could not get a hold of the store over phone. Had to drive to the store where the manager was walking around with a vape in her hand and the pizza chef was adding toppings to the pizza with his bare hands. No gloves. All we got was a store credit, not even a refund. Would not recommend.
