I eat papajohns like an embarassingly high amount. Love the pizza. I had a gift card for papajohns and it doesnt even work on the app or any of the stores that i went to. So I went to get a pizza and was told I can drive down there and then the gift card still doesnt work. So I used a credit card, which got charged twice. They did void one of them but by the time I got home after trying to figure out the gift card thing with the employee, my pizza was cold. I mean, now I just had a bad experience and I was only getting pizza because I had a gift card. I ended up having to pay for it and I wasnt even able to enjoy it 😒.
I want to add that the staff at the location are very helpful, this situation would be either a franchise or corporate leadership issue. Papajohns has been around too long to have an issue like that across multiple stores and the app. The stores crews have always been super great.

I had a pizza picked up two pizza , they forgot one of the pizza sauce. I checked order before calling. They did make me another pizza. They kept the pizza I brought back. I hope they don't resell it

We ordered a pizza for delivery last night, and it was estimated to be delivered within ~30 mins. The pizza was delivered 1.5 hours after the order was placed. The driver walked up to our home holding the pizza sideways. The pizza was cold and the way the pizza was cut did not align with the ingredients selected (which were half and half). We generally have enjoyed Papa Johns in the past, but this experience differed from past experiences.

I'm a long time papa john's customer hear in Athens. I will never be returning to any of the Papa John's Here in Athens. My order was sent to the wrong store which has never happened so I promptly called the proper store after I arrived to pick up my order which was 5.6 miles away from one block away. Where my stores instead of doing anything which they have a make it right policy, especially if it's handled in the correct time frame of which it was. I then arrived at the store here next to the publix on Atlanta highway I was greeted by a rude Manager that threw the pizza on counter. Instead of any sorry or anything like that, there was nothing so I promptly.Let him know that I won't be filling this review.. If you don't like your job and you don't know how to run a store and you don't know how to make your franchises screw up correct, Then you will not be a manager for long. Hopefully. This will get corrected from within the franchise. Athens is Athens is a small town and I work in the auto industry. And at least we take care of our customers.
