I'm a long time papa john's customer hear in Athens. I will never be returning to any of the Papa John's Here in Athens. My order was sent to the wrong store which has never happened so I promptly called the proper store after I arrived to pick up my order which was 5.6 miles away from one block away. Where my stores instead of doing anything which they have a make it right policy, especially if it's handled in the correct time frame of which it was. I then arrived at the store here next to the publix on Atlanta highway I was greeted by a rude Manager that threw the pizza on counter. Instead of any sorry or anything like that, there was nothing so I promptly.Let him know that I won't be filling this review.. If you don't like your job and you don't know how to run a store and you don't know how to make your franchises screw up correct, Then you will not be a manager for long. Hopefully. This will get corrected from within the franchise. Athens is Athens is a small town and I work in the auto industry. And at least we take care of our customers.

They don't even have a coupon option to order online. And they wasn't wearing any gloves making the food just barehands digging in your food. Papa John's sucks will not be coming back to the establishment.

Don’t order here if you’re hungry! Ordered pizza at 8:50 PM: still don’t have pizza at 10:38pm. Have called 3 different times to check the order and have been told 3 different stories about why I don’t have my pizza. Worst service ever!
Excellent customer service and great pizza. I had a little issue where it said my order was delivered, but it wasn’t. I gave the store a call and they brought me out a new order. Pizza was hot and delicious. So pleased with the customer service I received when I called. Thank you so much!

It's sad when you pay 18.00 for a large pep and 1/2 mushroom pizza. And can't get paper plates, come on pappa. By the way they gave me restroom trifold towels instead.
