Delicious banh mi at a more-than-reasonable price! Their boba is also solid. Their quality is very consistent for both food and beverages. Store is not very most of the time, and a short walk from the Arch. Good place with outlets to sit and study, but also to chat with friends. Have never had to fight for a place to sit

First time for me...not really into this type of food but my friends and grandkids loved it.

I asked the Chicken Pho and my husband the croissant sandwich. My soup was mostly okay. His croissant was tasty but tiny for the price. I would have ended up hungry. Later, we asked for a layered cake and one macaroon. The macaroon was microscopic for the price. Overall tiny food and expensive.

Also, I hated those cheap-looking plastic tables.

For a place called Paris Bahn Mi, their bahn mi is actually disgraceful. I had the grilled pork bahn mi and it was horrible, I took two bites and couldn't finish it. My boyfriend, who doesn't like to waste food ate the rest of my bahn mi and ended up feeling sick.
The service and the atmosphere are good, but are overshadowed by the terrible food.
Boba is really good though???‍♀️

My croissant sandwich was actually so good!! I was really pleasantly surprised by it- it was packed with flavorful pork and crunchy veggies, a good portion for 8 bucks.
Service is good and food presentation is cute and great for takeout! Be aware that the boba is on the mushier side though and the food (the croissant and the pho) is pretty oily.

No food, no service, and no refund. Charged $95 for ZERO.

EDIT after restaurant response: the "MANAGERS" I spoke to (one male, one female) told me you were out of beef, spring rolls, low on veggies, and didn't have enough stock to substitute the items ordered with what you had on hand. THEY told me to cancel! They were going to text me what was available to attempt to substitute but failed to communicate as promised, and the second phone call said they wouldnt be able to fulfill the order. So not only was I misled, I've now been LIED TO.

Placed an order on Uber Eats after a long travel day for 4 of us. Restaurant called me about 10m before delivery time and said they were out of almost everything we had ordered. They informed me they couldn't cancel on their end and told ne to do it on my end. I was then only refunded 30% of my order price and sent the rest to the restaurant. Now they're closed on Monday and I have no way to get them to fix it.

UberEats' response was that the restaurant should have handled it on their end:
"We're sorry to hear your concern regarding your canceled order from Paris Banh Mi - Clayton St.

While this may not be the outcome you hoped for, we are unable to provide you with a price adjustment for the order. In the future, make sure your order is accurate before submitting it.

This shouldn't happen often, but if the merchant or delivery person needs to cancel, you can ask them to reach out using in-app support to make sure you aren’t charged."

Im travel to Athen, see this Banh Mi store, try this first time and I love thiss, special combo Banh Mi and Pho, also the salted coffee are recomended. I sure will comeback next time.

Waited 40 minutes for my food and never received it. Only received my tea after 20. Very expensive compared to other similar spots in downtown Athens

Ordered chicken pho and banh mi with grilled chicken from DoorDash. Later, got an email saying they ran out of grilled chicken for the sandwich, and substituted it with pork. How ignorant?! With the amount of dietary restrictions and allergies individuals have, how could they have the audacity to replace white meat with red meat without permission? Lucky, I didn’t have to go to the hospital, otherwise there would’ve been a lawsuit. I will not be returning.
