I would give her a zero if possible. This person is rude, she does not pay people when she rents out location for her business/personal. She destroys property and steals. She is refusing to give back property keys to a rental. No one should buy from this person when her credibility is so dirty!!!
I ordered my baby shower cake because I fell in love with the details. And instead, I get a sloppy cake that was melting within 20 minutes of it being on display, a different color, and poorly made, (not to mention, my baby's name was spelled incorrect!) The cake I wanted was charged at $255 and the cake that I received was not even worth it. I asked for a discount and she had the nerve to say only $5.00. The cake was horrible, I changed the flavor because he wanted it, I asked for mocha and he gave me vanilla, the super thin bread was pure chantilly and the strawberries were conspicuous by their absence, pure jam and for the price I thought it was totally abuse.
