Had to flag down someone in order to get seated. Wouldn’t be a problem if they didn’t have a please wait to be seated sign. after we were seated we ordered our drinks, didn’t get them for at least 30 min. Sat for over an hour and no food whatsoever. I understand there’s one server and it was quite busy during the time we walked in however even as it died down we were sat with no food only our drinks. As someone who’s worked in the food service industry I understand things happen but that kind of wait time is insane. At that point just find somewhere else to eat at these prices and this service you can find a place that tastes the same with 10x faster. Our server was really nice no hate to her it’s just the way the management is very ill prepared for the surge of college students is frustrating.

Whether you’re looking for a delicious sweet or savory crepe or a well-crafted cocktail, Pauleys always has you covered. They offer regular ladies nights with discounted martinis as well as trivia on Sundays. It’s also a good place to watch the dawgs play football during game season. Staff are always friendly and ready to recommend your new favorite wine, cocktail, or crepe. I highly recommend checking this place out if you ever find yourself in the area.

I go here once every couple of months and the crepes are always delicious. It’s one of Athen’s hidden gems. Every time I introduce a friend to Pauley’s they love it and want to go back. Definitly a hit.

The Bulldog crepe is really great. I loved it. It is really loud in here, though, so don't expect to be able to have much of a conversation. The apple pie dessert crepe would have been perfect if they had peeled the apples. I didn't like the texture of the apple peels in the crepe, but the flavor was great.
