The pizza here is probably the best in athens. It's not cheap for a pizza place. You order at the counter and they call your # when it is ready. The atmosphere is very genuine "pizza joint." Joe the owner has owned this place and little Italy for decades. This is a great place to stop for lunch as you can but a single slice and a drink.

We were driving by and decided to stop in for a quick bite and let me tell you, the smells were amazing. I was so excited when we got the chicken Parmesan, but, it wasn’t as exciting as I’d hoped. The chicken was kind of chewy and tasted like it had been sitting in a cold place for a while—definitely not as fresh as I’d sniffed out.
The staff was incredible, friendly and welcoming and the restaurant was the most cleaned including the bathroom.
The cheese was good though, and I the sauce was “meh” about it, so I’m guessing they weren’t super impressed either.
I would try the pizza.

Counter Service, girl was nice. For all the solid reviews was extremely underwhelming, thin crust wasn’t thin and mediocre at best, thick crust slice was a brick of dough. Got a pasta dish as well and the ravioli were rock hard and stale with a poor marinara sauce , calzone was decent but still very bready.
Nice atmosphere inside but pizza is in line Little Caesars in family’s opinion and way pricier.
First if you have ever been there it takes a minute to realize that it is a counter service place. Also Pepsi products, so happy it's hard to find some times in GA Pepsi products in restaurants. We had a pepperoni and sausage pizza and it was amazing. We moved from the Atlanta metro area and we had an authentic wood fire NYC thin crust place and it was the best and we had been looking for a great place since we moved here and THIS IS IT!! ? THE BEST PIZZA we have had in town. Cheese is amazing they have basil chopped into the mozzarella! I would have liked more pepperoni but next time we can ask for extra, amazing stuff! You should try it.
