Pizza Hut has absolutely abysmal customer service. The store locations never answer the phone. You can wait two hours and never have your food delivered and you cannot get ahold of anyone to tell you what is going on. Terrible business. Waste of time and money
I really wish I would’ve come to this page to read the reviews before ordering pizza at this location. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL!!!!!!!!! I placed an order at 1:32pm today to be ready at 5:00pm. I get here to pick it up at 5:40pm and they tell me that someone has cancelled my order. They asked me if I want to reorder it.
