Ordered delivery and they delivered cold pizza . And someone else’s pizza that had pineapple on it (ewwww). Kept calling number on email and was going to a call center ! And then the call center told me they are not taking calls .

No stars are deserved. I hate to leave negative reviews but hopefully this will save someone from the hassle. This is the second time I’ve ordered and by the time you get your delivery it’s hours later! I placed an order at 7:39pm and at 10pm the order still wasn’t delivered. This happens with all of their deliveries and they don’t do anything to make it right. My order was supposed to be delivered by 8:54pm. They don’t have a direct number for you to call the local store so I had to leave a message through the ordering center. They said it would be 10 minutes for someone at the store to get back to me. This place just needs to be shut down because the management is clearly incompetent and the delivery service is a complete joke. They will never get my business again! So save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!

Ordered 3 pizzas and breadsticks. Said it would take 45 minutes. Little longer than expected but fine. Got there at the time the app said to and it wasn’t ready. Stood there for 45 MINUTES, still not ready. Finally just had to tell them to cancel the order and left hungry. Never again. Hopefully papa John’s puts this place out of business so another business can utilize that spot.

The folks at this local store are being screwed over by corporate. We ordered through the corporate website and got confirmation I pizza would arrive in about 45 minutes. After an hour and a half I called to see where the pizza was and could not be connected. It took 15 minutes to cancel the order. I was unable to get an email confirming the order was canceled. Felt like a scam but was just old fashioned incompetence.

We ordered a pizza at 6:51pm for delivery. I got an email receipt that my delivery was estimated for 7:36pm. At 8:00 I had not received my order so I called the store 4 times to inquire. I chose option one to inquire about an order, and I was immediately told that my order had been delivered by an automated machine I was in disconnected. I called back and chose another option and was placed on a long hold. Someone did pick up the phone however no one spoke and they hung up on me. I called again and was transferred to a call center and they told me that they would connect me with my local store . While I was on hold, I drove from my home to Pizza Hut. When I pulled up, there were four people working and one customer in the store. I inquired about my order and was first told that they did not have any delivery orders. I showed them my email receipt, and then they told me that my order was out for delivery and had already been delivered. I told them it had not been delivered so he proceeded to call his delivery driver and told me that they were actually right now. I did look on my ring camera , and no one was at my house Confirmed that with my family at home. Definitely do not recommend this Pizza
The personal pan pizza was under cookes and tasted like dough and the wings were over cooked

I ordered online for pickup. Walked in and the young black man with a black hat and long locs didn't say hello..he literally looked at me and acted as if I didn't exist. Finally after standing for about 3 minutes with no greeting whatsoever, the young lady from the back comes up, says hello and gives me my order. I'm looking through the reviews and there are similar experiences with Richard. So why do you keep him? He provides no customer service. And he looks unkempt.

I love Pizza Hut but the customer service I received from Richard (black hat with dreadlocks) was so unprofessional and rude that I deeply regretted going to the restaurant. I placed the order the day before online and was unable to pick up due to a family emergency. I called several times to notify the restaurant that same day, and also called the next morning and was unsuccessful so I decided to go to the restaurant. I explained my situation to him and he stated that since I wasn’t able to pickup my order the day before they took a loss and they were busy for game day. I’m thankful that he did make my order again but it wasn’t correct and the cheese sticks were not pleasing (burnt cheese)? I’m not sure what I did to deserve that type of rudeness but I watched as he was pleasant with other customers but handled me as if I was a problem and I remained respectful. Maybe a bad day for Richard! A nightmare for me my sister was involved in a bad car accident was my emergency. Have a blessed day and love more???
