Was a little hesitant to try this pizza hut based on the reviews, but we ordered online and were pleasantly surprised with our experience. Our food was ready when we expected, it was well cooked (an issue we've had at other pizza places) and the staff was extremely friendly (particularly Michael). Would recommend this store for pick up.

This is the worst Pizza Hut that I have ever ordered from. I ordered delivery and waited almost 2 hours for it to arrive. It never arrived. I had to call and the man who answered told me that they were closing in 10 minutes and they didn’t have a delivery driver. When I asked why they did not call me when I waited for almost 2 hours, they simply told me that they forgot. When I asked for the name of the man who was speaking he said “For tonight, I am Allen.” There is much more to the story after this... this has happened to me MANY times. I don’t know why I keep ordering from this place. But moral to the story. Don’t order here. I won’t be There is one on west broad that is way better. Customer service here is terrible.

8:22p.m. on a saturday night and they call me and say " sorry we are no longer accepting deliveries". This has to be a joke. How is this possible? No drivers on a saturday night? Wheres the management?

Horrible management. The employees just do what they are told. The managers here at this location need to step up & take charge! Put in the extra time & work to make this store better. I cannot believe all the 1 star ratings & bad comments on here! The managers do not delegate or lead at all. The pizza barely had cheese on them & they were cold & it was a carry out order!! How?! Does the heater they use do not work? Really what is going on here? It's not the employees fault.

Not the greatest delivery service around. The pizza was an hour late, then they forgot something so we had to drive up to the store to go get it and the delivery driver RACED us so we couldn’t beat him back to the store. However, the manager was very understanding and gave us a full refund. I just wish it could’ve been a better experience. Probably won’t be back for a while.

This has to be the absolute worst Pizza Hut location, hard to imagine they get worse than this. The lady who claims she is the manager is extremely rude. They never can seem to get a simple order correct, don't bother complaining, the person claiming to be the manager just argues with you. This place has gone down hill, it should be closed down.

LIARS AND SCAMMERS! They will double charge your card, insist that you bring your bank statement to the store. The manager will then argue with you and yell at you. After 12 days NO REFUND! They claim they called me and gave the refund. What liars! This store is disgusting, and so is the service.

Watch your statement, they double charge, then claim you placed 2 orders. They refuse to deal with it over the phone, then yell at you when you come in. Very poorly managed. The manager is confident she will not get fired for yelling at customers. If she yells at customers imagine how she must treat employees.

Well it’s Saturday night and Georgia is playing Tennessee. Hubby ordered the pizza at 4:45 for 6:30 drop off. It is now 8:55 pm and still no pizza. Tried to call all through the night and no one picks up the phone. We wanted to see if we could just pick it up since we live down the street. Website now says it will be another 30 mins till delivery. My bedtime is typically 10 pm. Pathetic.

Awful, awful, awful. Ordered pizza with a 50-60 minute delivery time. Ten minutes after ordering, received a call to change the flavor of the wings. Immediately after I hung up the phone, I got a text that the order was on the way. One hour and twenty minutes later the food arrived, cold!!
I specifically asked for extra sauce and I swear to you when I say this pizza had no sauce.

The past few visits, the food has been very sub-par. This time, the pizza tasted stale and the wings burnt. Definitely will be my last choice, next time.

Pizza Hut has always been my favorite place to get pizza. I've ordered from this Pizza Hut 3 times in the last 6 months & it has has been a complete and utter crapshoot. The first bad experience was when it took over 2 hours to get the single pizza I ordered (I live about 2.5 miles from the store and 55 minutes out of the 2 hours my pizza was bouncing around in the back of someone's car). The 2nd was with the free pizza I got because of bad experience number 1. The 3rd experience was today when I place an online order & then immediately receive a call stating they aren't delivering & they will have my money back to me within 3-4 business days. So I have no pizza & the money I budgeted to spend eating out tonight is tied up for the next 3-4 business days... so I have no money to order my family another dinner. Cool. You guys suck SO much.

Clearly nobody at corporate cares enough to even return complaints. To think they once were the king of pizza and delivery. How the mighty have fallen. They aren't even the 5th best in this area.
