Was a little hesitant to try this pizza hut based on the reviews, but we ordered online and were pleasantly surprised with our experience. Our food was ready when we expected, it was well cooked (an issue we've had at other pizza places) and the staff was extremely friendly (particularly Michael). Would recommend this store for pick up.
The customer service at this store has been great. One night, after trying to order from a competitor and being told it would be two hours, we tried Pizza Hut. After placing an online order, the tracker said it, too, would be almost two hours. I called to confirm this and was told that a couple of drivers had called out. However, if I wanted to pick it up, it would done shortly and he'd give me a discount. When I got there, the whole meal was free! Naturally, the next time...
