Amazing food and amazing people
As a construction worker this place makes me feel like I left from the field and into my own kitchen with all the fixings that we all come to know and love, great Fried Chicken
Must have picked a bad day to go it was absolutely disgusting dirty the buffet was covered in food and just looked gross and the entire room looked run down and dirty we left without trying food
Enjoyed the buffet!

Friendly people and good, home cooking
Its a hole in the wall, but holes in the walls have the best home made food. Fish 2 kinds of chicken, mashed potatoes. good food good service. Prices are pretty good too 😋.

This is a workers paradise. You can come straight from the farm or work site and fit right in. The food is southern comfort food. Great fried chicken and fried pork chops. Black-eyed peas, corn, green beans, mac and cheese, and more. The decor is 1970's truck stop. Nothing fancy, but great all-you-can-eat food for $15, and friendly workers. If you want a quiet atmosphere, go elsewhere. I have lived in Athens a few years, and this was my first, and not last, visit. I hear their fried catfish on Friday is great. Can't wait to see!
Food great, veggies seasoned well. Very popular place for the older crowd. It could use a good cleaning.

The name is obviously problematic, but this lunch spot is one of those gems that some towns are lucky to hold on to. They serve a regular rotating menu of Southern comfort food and classics and they do it very well. Don't forget to tip!
