I got food poisoning here. After 5 minutes of finishing the new honey bbq I was sick as a dog. Running fever and sick over more than 2 days. Do not eat here. I'm never eating here or the one on prince again they are nasty!

Ordered 2 chicken breast combos. Drive thru only. Checked my meals after leaving the window. Missing a side of potatoes. Had to park and go to window to get the missing side. Mgr did not believe me. Had to go back to car to get box with missing side. Small disbelief by Mgr of my issue. Finally gave me a side of potatoes. Long line of customers had to wait for the issue to be solved.

We arrived at this location (last night 1/22/24 around 7pm) and the drive-through line was excessively long. I almost pulled off but I saw how fast the line was moving so I stayed and ordered. We were out of that line in 5 minutes. The lady at the drive-through window was very sweet and professional.The food was fresh and hot! Thanks a lot.
The slowest fast food place I have ever been in. One family in dining room. Two vehicles in drive through and one other customer waiting to place an order. We were not acknowledged for 7 minutes. Placed an order from the menu. No special requests. Paid. It took 22 minutes to box up our order of already prepared food. I really could not identify the barriers to good service. One person managing drive through and picking those orders, a cook and a third lady managing the register and picking those orders. Plenty of cooked chicken visible. The sides appeared to have been pre packaged. Just no hustle.
