Went to eat supper and was really disappointed. Had to ask for salt and pepper for the table. Sofia was our server and she told us that she was finishing up her training which I think she may need more. Had to ask twice for sweet and low, creamy horseradish. Ordered our meal and we got our salad and about 30 seconds later our prime rib came out so it sat on the table and got cold while we ate our salads. My wife's was ok but mine had a lot of crissle and was not very appealing. I have given 5 star reviews here before but they really fell short this time.

Worse experience ever. Tried to give this place a try but the waiter looked at us and ignored us and kept walking by but would help the table next to us. Even the manager walked by and didn’t say anything. Sat there with no hello or how are you. SMH

The food was surprisingly good. Service was top notch. The one big complaint is they suggest tips on the total that is after taxes. Ridiculous to suggest tips on taxes which is what it amounts to. I dont know if this is on accidental or management has no idea. Maybe done purposely. The tip suggesttion is printed on receipt
