Rafferty's Restaurant & Bar

The large number of folks waiting to be seated belies the tener of the restaurant. It is typical so-called "Gather Eat Drink" place similar to Applebee's etc. so basically they follow the recipe - classic American "comfort food" the $10 burgers and such. This particular visit was right after church on Sunday so it was a bit busy. After waiting for our lukewarm food for twenty minutes my response from the MoD was "were busy today" like it was the first Sunday they have been open. I am very frustrated these days spending my hard earned money on mediocre food and service. Their only saving grace was ice cold draft beer. Because of their apparent mismanagement you should set your bar low for your next visit. P.S. my "fresh made" tortilla chips were stale.

Always a good place for meals with friends. Great atmosphere and service.

Last night was our first (and last) time here. Our server was rude, my $30 prime rib was colder than room temperature and flavorless. My son's hamburger had a long hair attached to the bottom of the bun he didn't notice until he was half way done and couldn't even finish it. Would not pay over $85 for a mediocre meal at best.

We moved our daughter into her apartment and decided to spend the night. We had dinner at Rafferty's and had the best time. The food was fantastic, service super friendly and excellent. And coming from out of state we were very pleasantly surprised when we got the bill.
Will definitely stop by next time we are in town.

Probably the worst steak I've ever had. Salad was pretty terrible too. French fries were the best part but nothing special. Will not be back.

Food wasn’t the best but wasn’t awful and it came out quick. Our server was nice. The thing that made me not want to go back was that four of the flat screen tvs that were in the restaurant were stuck on a picture that had a woman holding up a sign that said “god hates you” not a very nice message to be eating dinner to. Overall ambience of the restaurant was off.

Absolutely love this restaurant ! Prime rib special on Tuesday is my favorite night. My husband loves the blackened salmon.
