The manager at the bar was extremely disrespectful and created a really uncomfortable atmosphere for me and my friends. Instead of being welcoming and professional, he was openly insulting toward multiple guests and spoke to people in a condescending way. It felt like he let his ego get in the way of basic customer service and hospitality. A manager sets the tone for the entire place, and unfortunately his behavior reflected poorly on the bar as a whole. I hope ownership takes situations like this seriously and improve the guest experience.

Whoever the old chubby greying white guy is that works the door is a complete jerk. My friend left her wallet on the bar and she asked him after we left if she could run in to check to see if she left it in there and he wouldn’t let her. He told her she wasn’t going to “jump the line” and need to wait in line. -The line was extremely long - TO GET HER OWN WALLET WHEN WE DIDNT WANT TO BE THERE. My little sister was also still in there and we couldn’t get ahold of her so when another friend later asked him if she could run in and grab her he also refused her entry saying she was just trying to finagle her way in. Buddy your bar isn’t good enough for that. I get people cutting lines but it was very clear that wasn’t the situation. One of the rudest bouncers I’ve ever encountered. Even the generals bouncer thought he was being a jerk.

this bar could be fun if it didn’t smell rancid. even walking by the place you can smell it. the staff is extremely rude and inconsiderate. i get it’s busy but that’s no excuse to be rude.

They had a cover which honestly is expected. It’s a game day. It’s OK but the staff was honestly very rude and ridiculous and they were very just not aware of the situation they were in and they were too rude so we had to convince my entire group and everyone with us to leave because of how inconsiderate the staff was.

Manager Jun Park of this bar inappropriately touched a bartender and pressured her into drinking despite her telling him she had a boyfriend. Wouldn’t recommend going to an establishment that allows this behavior from their management.
This was my very first night club experience when i first became of age. And this was a great first night club experience. I continue to come back here. Thank you all for making my first club experience amazing.

They love to let people in who yell disgusting SLURS at people and even at their own bartenders. Would think they would be more kind considering it's person of color owned. Horrible and disappointing that they let that treatment of their own staff and customers happen.
