Female host was rude and raised her voice repeatedly at our party. Dinner staff was pleasant and interactive. Food was just ok.

There’s no doubt that Japanese food is VERY good. This place is no different as far as how good the food is. Their customer service just really sucks. They wouldn’t honor their coupon on their website even though it wouldn’t work then said “it doesn’t make sense why it wouldn’t work for you but worked for other orders that we just received”
I’m not going to pitch a fit over a 10% off coupon which would have literally saved us $7 like it’s really not that big of a deal but I won’t be back judging by how the staff treats the customers who ordered almost $80 worth of food.

Just call before you go, and even then beware. I placed a togo order at 2:00, because it states that they would close at 2:30 which isn't a problem because I was on the way. I was then called back and told to hurry up because they were closing at 2:20 today. After the lady continuously called to confirm I was still coming, she called me back at 2:30 (as I was turning in by Dicks) to tell me I would no longer be able to receive my food and that they were closing. Moral of the story just make sure you go at least an hour before they are scheduled to close, because they will close those doors no matter how close you are or how many times they said they'd stay lol.
Decent sushi but better hibachi

There was a little bit of a wait (10-15 minutes) before they actually took our order but once they got our order it was at our table really quickly. The food was decent quality and absolutely delicious. The service was very friendly and courteous.

My husband and I took our daughter and her friend to celebrate her 16th birthday. As we were enjoying the evening eating the servers began offering us to go containers, this made everyone very uncomfortable because we just recently received our food. We ignored it and continued to eat our food, then someone came to clean the grill which smelled bad and the steam was overbearing if that wasn't enough they began removing plates which i wouldn't mind but we still had food to eat! I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!

The sushi and hibachi are so good! My family and I usually sit in the 'non-perfomance' side of the restaurant because we can't wait for the food.

There was a 10% off code on their website if you spent over $50 but by the time I got to checkout I forgot what the code was. I placed the order (you pay in person). When my husband went to pick up the order, he told them about the 10% off code asked if it could be applied before paying. They said no. Seriously? I selected a higher priced option to put the total over $50 just so I could get the 10% off. Very rude and bad business. We won’t be back. There are better sushi options in town other than this one in a sad strip mall and they’ll treat you better.
Delicious.
Recommend the Sweet Heart roll, King roll (has fresh mango) and Pork Ramen soup.
