“I like Sonic in general, but this location is very hit-or-miss as far as quality and getting things right. Sometimes, the food is freshly cooked, but, other times, it has obviously been left on the grill for a while because the hamburger patties are dried out and overcooked. There's no real rhyme or reason to it either--time of day, busy or not busy--it's totally random. I don't normally show up during a lunch or dinner rush, so maybe it's always fresh then, but sometimes when I come it is busy enough that you'd definitely expect freshly cooked stuff. Also, it's not just how fresh the food is, it's whether or not they get your order right. This part is also very hit-or-miss. They've usually gotten everything that I ordered in the bag, but not always any special requests like "no tomato" or "add mayo". It kinda sucks to come here and be really looking forward to a good juicy Sonic burger, but end up with a hockey puck with the wrong toppings to boot.“
