I was given an explanation on why matcha foams take up 90% of my drink and how I should have requested my order in a certain way so that it’s not all “matcha foam”. I’m… not sure why they’re using a blender to make matcha. It seems unique to this location because I haven’t had this problem at other stores

Always busy, even between classes when you hope the line may have moved. They used to accept mobile orders which was great for ordering while in-class and picking up between classes, but they discontinued it last year and now it's a nightmare trying to get a coffee.

Coffees are great but the prices are incorrect on their menu. I was expecting a cheaper drink than what I paid for. Prices on menu are not reflective of actual prices. Please update your menu.

The baristas at this Starbucks are always so friendly when I visit. I spend a good amount of time in Tate during the summer, and they always take a minute to ask how I am doing and they even remember my name and order. I hope they add Nitro Cold Brew soon!

This is actually the best starbucks ever. The drinks they make are better than the ones I get from standalone locations. They are always super busy but they move really fast. They usually have everything in stock and the employees are super nice. The managers are also really nice and come talk to the people who are waiting in line. I can't say enough good things about this place.
