Please. We come to Starbucks because of the consistency in quality drinks. Today was such a waste of money because the shots were so dead. We couldn't drink our coffee, even after waiting an hour for it to merge/calm with the milk. Neither of us could finish our drinks. We were so disappointed. These drinks are the highlight of our workday; we were so disappointed. I think this means we have an addiction, but if the same person makes them again tomorrow I really hope it cures this addiction because...what a waste of money and time. So disappointed.

I loved this starbucks when they first open but over time it has declined . The employees were once smiling and greeting and now they look unhappy, they sigh so much as if its a burden and orders are always delayed or wrong. Seem short staffed especially in the mornings through the week. My daughter ordered me a dragon fruit drink light ice . 1 piece of dragon fruit in whole cup... my drink has been wrong last 2 times and this is 3rd . I've had to get my money back through the app couple times in a a row . I use to go daily . But starbucks is too expensive for my drink to not be somewhat how I ordered it . I have to try to fix it at home I guess.

I’ve been coming here recently a good bit in the mornings. This Starbucks store may be one of the best around. The workers here are absolutely fantastic. They always act as if they are delighted to see you. They act as if they are delighted to be at work, but not annoyingly so. They always seem very genuine. Even with long lines in the drive-through, they work very expeditiously to get you through quickly. It is refreshing to see this kind of customer service!

Robbie is the reason I will never come back to this location. He is incredibly rude, and does not know how to put the customer first. I cannot think of a time that it is ever acceptable to treat customers poorly.
Best Starbucks ever! This location could easily teach a masterclass in customer service and excellence. Every visit is a reminder of how great a coffee run can be. The store is always spotless, service is quick, and the team members are not only friendly but often witty and fun to chat with.

This location always closes down prior to 9 PM, I’ve gone as early as 830 and it was closed drive-through shut down. And when they don’t shut down early, I’ll order iced coffee and they always say they’re out.

Had a matcha drink that was NOT blended all the way, there was ungrounded matcha on the bottom of the cup. Paid over $8 for a drink that i didn't want. Will definitely NOT be coming back here.

The team at the Starbucks location on McClung Dr is amazing! Robbie especially, he always greats me each day with a big smile and words of encouragement or good banter. You can tell he loves working here and cares about the team. The drinks are always delicious, jalapeño chicken pocket always on point, and the atmosphere always friendly and inviting. Highly recommend this Starbucks location 😊

Always fast and everyone I’ve interacted with has been a delight. I’m so happy I can do drive thru and not have to walk into the Kroger Starbucks even though they do a great job over there too, y’all are so much more convenient.
