Definitely the worst Starbucks in Athens, I purposely avoid it if I can. Every single time I go, something is either wrong with the order or it takes upwards of 20 minutes to get it.

This one barista named kyler did not write my friends order down correctly and gave him the wrong order this has happened multiple times. he needs retraining or needs to be fired not going to lie.

Oof. I hate having to come to this Starbucks. My order is almost always wrong. I’ve tried ordering in person and via the app but doesn’t matter. The lady who works most days just can’t ever get it correct. Sure wish there was a drive thru nearby.

Always a pleasure. But they need help. At 11 am they showed out of stock on all the breakfast sandwiches because they had not had time to unpack them. Only 1 person working.

I’m not usually one to complain but this one barista from Starbucks is so disrespectful and rude. She is the white long blonde hair chick. I tip them most of the time even with online orders, but today when I came and picked my order up she just had this ugly attitude from the get go, and when I gave her a tip, she acted like I did something wrong and took it without saying thank you or even a smile, I was so shocked. How can a rude person like this work in the service industry.

Please do something about the tan girl with the bad dye job that was working this Sunday morning…I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such contempt from a barista. I left thinking I was the problem.
