This Starbucks location is horrible. The area is too congested. I went there for the double smoked bacon cheddar and egg sandwich which they were out of after I waited in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes. It seems like every location I go to these sandwiches are limited or not available. Why not just order more if you know they are a popular item.

Just went and it took them over 7 minutes to acknowledge that I was even there. I saw employees standing around doing nothing. I just wanted to get a gift certificate, but it’s obvious they could care less about earning my business at this particular Starbucks

This store never makes my pink drink right!! I understand it's usually very busy but extremely long wait times every time I come is ridiculous. Needs more staff, the people currently there seem overworked.

I walked inside the cafe this morning to get a black coffee. My order was placed at 8:56 am. I received my black coffee at 9:16am. I won't be back.

A 30 minute wait for a drink. Have you ever heard of that? I would not come to this location.
Just had a terrible experience at Starbucks on Alps. They usually pride themselves on their customer service and positive attitudes. We had a very rude worker: Lawrence. He had an attitude, he belittled us, and rolled his eyes at us to other workers multiple times. I wont be coming back to that Starbucks for a while.

Today it is a very bad experience. I ordered two glazed doughnuts and one coffee from the manager in the store. The coffee was ready soon but the manager forgot the doughnuts and just put the doughnuts on the counter, then she left. I waited for almost 1 hour and asked the other staff to give that doughnuts to me twice. But he (staff) rejected me twice and said we should still wait behind all other orders ( including so many mobile pick up orders on the left side of counter and a few in person orders on the right side of counter) and said other order waited even longer. That is unbelievable because a lot of orders were behind us and already ready but my doughnuts were still on that counter the manager forgot. And I said my coffee was ready 1 hour ago and that lady forgot my doughnuts and I even can see the doughnuts was on that counter near to order place. The staff still didn’t give me the doughnuts and let me wait forever. Still a lot of students coming in the store and a lot of mobile pick up orders on the counter .My child was very hungry and I can not wait forever and had to leave. That is unbelievable and this is Startbuck service. Too bad. 0 start.

Sometimes I kind of wish they would just put your coffee out on the table outside and you didn't have to deal with some of the Baristas inside. But it is what it is the product was decent the service was marginal and the atmosphere sucked

i ordered a grande vanilla sweet cream cold brew in venti cup with extra ice, they just dumped the grande in the venti cup with no extra ice. :(
