To all of the employees working the morning of 11/13/25-GREAT JOB! It was a complete zoo because of Red Cup Day but everyone was friendly and upbeat, working hard while keeping smiles on their faces and being fun and cracking jokes. They were all working extremely fast and filling orders rapidly. Very impressed with everyone there. Thanks so much for making my drink in the middle of pure chaos!

Ordered on the mobile app and was told it would take an hour. When I tried to cancel they were unable to do so and I had to call a customer support number. Very inconvenient for a quick morning coffee

This Starbucks location is horrible. The area is too congested. I went there for the double smoked bacon cheddar and egg sandwich which they were out of after I waited in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes. It seems like every location I go to these sandwiches are limited or not available. Why not just order more if you know they are a popular item.
Just went and it took them over 7 minutes to acknowledge that I was even there. I saw employees standing around doing nothing. I just wanted to get a gift certificate, but it’s obvious they could care less about earning my business at this particular Starbucks

I walked inside the cafe this morning to get a black coffee. My order was placed at 8:56 am. I received my black coffee at 9:16am. I won't be back.
