I worked outside in the rain today and was cold and wet for my ride home; so, I decided to grab a hot chocolate to warm up.
As I was paying at the drive through, I dropped my card wallet right into a puddle of water, and all of the contents popped out.
The young man at the window immediately handed me a bunch of napkins so that I could dry my stuff.
I didn't catch his name, but his act of kindness was appreciated.

i love starbucks.i work at a starbucks.Ive never came across coworkers who seemed uninterested in everything ,i ordered a strawberry venti açaí w no inclusions and simply extra base expecting a full strawberry açaí lemonade worth of 8$ for one drink to get a half strawberry açaí lemonade they said they did added extra base and that i did get a full one to there measurement’s like what?ive never came across such rutheless starbucks employees of my life ,thanks to the boy and the girl w glasses to add this day

Just ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew and was handed someone's old order I guess. It was watered down and had no foam. I ordered the bacon gouda and that's always good. I love starbucks so this was a huge disappointment to the start of my day
EDIT: we tried ordering from there again and ordered a venti brown sugar shaken espresso coffee. The coffee was LESS than half way filled up. The bag and drink were sealed so someone just sent this out without caring. Just spoke to the manager and they were more than happy to help.

I placed a drive thru order this morning & for the first time I received bad service. The lady at the window seemed upset when I asked for 10 splenda packets, she seemed upset when I added a cheese & fruit box, she stared at me when I asked for a receipt & shut the window when I said have a good day..

Extremely rude drive through experience, I had place an online order but needed to add an additional drink for a friend & when I said the name he proceeded to say Thats not a thing here. very rude & then the other employee next to him started to laugh about it. I will never spend my money here.
