I cannot recommend this location. Behind the counter is filthy not food safe. I cannot ever order here with a good feeling because I have a compromised immune system and it's not worth the risk. The employees seem to be a bunch of kids who just don't care at all.

On Wednesday I was told they were releasing the Bearista cup on Thursday morning. I was told by an employee they would have only two and if I wanted one, get there at 5:00am the next day. I got there at 4:20am and was first in line. The 2nd people in line were there for another cup. Before opening there was a total of 5 plus people in line. They watched us outside until opening and then told us they never had any of the Bearista cups in the first place. Not sure why I was told they had them and they actually did not have any? Strange. Also wish they would have taken 20 seconds to open the door and mention that to the ones who were waiting outside in the cold for it.

Horrible service. Girl at speaker in drive thru was snarky and rude. Their coffee tastes burnt and is just nasty. This location’s dining room is gross and looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. Overall just not a good experience especially when Starbucks is already so overpriced.

I love this Starbucks! But today is a cold, rainy day & I feel for the Barista working the drive thru b/c there's no canopy or covering over the drive thru window 🤨 She deserves recognition b/c she's getting soaked but she remains pleasant & friendly ☺️ Management, please add a covering to keep your employees dry!

Always so friendly. I usually go through Drive thru, and they are always so pleasant and smiling. They update you on what they are making and give you what is ready so far while keeping you in the loop with time frames. Great customer service!
When I walked into the store, I was instantly greeted by everyone! When I went to take my order, Anthony was very good to help me out and he was so amazing. I didn’t know what I wanted so he helped me figure out what drink I wanted, told me exactly how it tasted, and overall helped me find the right drink to make! The drink was a 10/10 and there is no Starbucks that can match this environment.
