It’s literally so cold in this particular location I showed up for day two of a paper in FLEECE lined leggings and a Sweatshirt and I still had to leave and go elsewhere ?(Source: 5+ days of studying at this location and increasingly wearing more layers)The staff and drink quality are amazing though I wish it was comfy so I could stay and binge coffee.

The place was very nice and welcoming. The lady behind the counter was extremely helpful and very nice. Highly recommend this Starbucks.Parking: Plenty of space nice big parking lotWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible, there are even tables inside that are Wheelchair friendly.

I always drive a few extra miles for this specific location, the customer service is exceptional! The drive-thru line moves quick, and my beverages/food are always on point. Employees are always kind and attentive. Never had an unsatisfactory experience. Thank you for all your hard work :)

I just spent 35 minutes waiting in the Drive-Thru line for them to tell me at the window they cannot take my money because it's over $20. If you guys don't like money then make the drinks

Had a great pit stop at this location today. The guy who took our order in the drive thru was cheery and patient as my toddler figured out what treat he wanted and while I gave him my ridiculous customized drink order ? (pregnancy cravings dictated the order, and not having to get my toddler out of the car unnecessarily dictated we go through the drive thru) at which point I was afraid I would hold up the line trying to clarify my order, as I have had to at other locations recently, but he got it on the first go and I probably made it through that drive thru line quicker than I ever have at a Starbucks before. I didn't catch the guys name to call him out directly, but he had dark hair and it was just before 10:30 this morning (Aug. 8, 2023).

Starbucks alps road in the beechwood shopping center please turn on your outside lights ! Two days in a row I've stopped by on my way to work at approximately 0615-0630 and every time your menu board and all outside lights are off. You're clearly open but leave your outside lights off to I can only assume to deter patrons from visiting your establishment! Do better owners and managers check on your businesses this is ridiculous!
