I have started coming to this location due to my job being in the shopping center. Normally I can get in and out easily. But yesterday was not a pleasant experience. Regardless of how busy a place is. Orders are taken in an order or people. I get this includes mobile orders. But when an employee takes your order. But the 3 people who order after you their drinks come up wayyyyy before yours. This is a HUGE issues. Then to get an horrible attitude from the person who claims to be the manager. Saying I’ll get it when I get it. While other drinks ordered after yours comes up first. If my drink order was lost simply say so. But to be rude and nasty towards the customer by the manager is unacceptable. Something’s really should be done about this issue.

I get Starbucks all the time from all over between Vinings, Braselton, Covington, Savannah… my point is I’ve been to so many Starbucks locations and this is by far the most pleasant experience I’ve had as far as ordering efficiency, time spent waiting, and staff attitude. Whoever runs this store has happy staff and it shows. Thank you!

Cashier’s text messaging is more important than ringing up customers. Little frustrating having her tell us to hold on while she’s sending and receiving text messages on her personal phone in front of us laughing and giggling. Heh where’s the good customer service these days?
