I have been coming here at least two times a week bc it’s on my way to drop off my son at school and they need to step it up with the drinks and customer service. Horrible customer service and why are my drinks tasting bland? I pay 6+ dollars for coffee each time. Please do the drinks correctly and have a better attitude. We just want our drink and move on. An ex: I stopped by Monday and the lady just handed me the drink and started talking. No, have a great day or even a “here you go” just had her hand out with my drink and looked away and started talking. Today I ordered a grande caramel macchiato hot and no caramel taste to it whatsoever. Very disappointed!

The man and woman who worked there today were so rude! They seemed annoyed that I was waiting in line while they talked to a target worker, after waiting a while the girl finally came over to take my order seemingly very annoyed that I was there at all. I ordered a frap for my son and then when I asked for a straw she said they were all out. I asked how he was supposed to drink his frap and she turned around AND HANDED ME A STRAW. Lazy and rude!!

I went through the drive through today while on my break and ordered a grande iced latte caramel with extra caramel and 2 pumps of sugar. First sip no caramel at all. All I can taste is espresso shots and some milk at room temperature.

This is the ONLY Starbucks I got to in Athens! The baristas here really, really care, and it’s so delightful to see. My beverages are always consistent, always handled with care, and always presented with a smile. Ryan, Johanna, and Maggie, specifically, rock my world!
Went today the lady in drive thru were nice. Ask for a straw how yawl don’t have any Starbucks straws better yet I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit this Starbucks didn’t even have I thought this was a prank but oh well you never know and then I had to ask for my receipt come on now Omg. Wouldn’t going to give me a receipt but was quick enough to give me my card back.

Ordered a caramel macchiato and chocolate croissant. Guess I should’ve tasted it at the window. The coffee was so bitter Defoe toy not made right and then to add insult to injury my croissant was hard as rock. So I wasted 9 bucks
