My sandwich was not fresh, bread was soggy and stale. The subway app has personal pizza on the menu but store says they don't make pizza anymore so I didn't get what I ordered on the app.

Subway needs to hire more people asap and pay more this subway in specifically the worker I see in there is hardworking she’s always there but sometimes there’s no bread there’s no food that’s what she claims if she needs help you guys need to raise the pay and get workers it’s annoying dealing with this and having to go across town for subway you guys are going to break and no one will go here for the lack of service

I went today to get food, that I ordered online for the office and when I got to this subway, they told me to sit down. I sat for about 45 min untill they called me over and stated that they turned off the moblie ordering and dont gave my order. It's just very frustrating because it wasn't just my food I was getting, it was for my coworkers too. And I also only have an 1 hour break. Just doesn't seem for affecient. Why didn't they tell me that the online ordering was off when I first got there so I would have time to get everyone's order AGAIN.
I usually don't leave reviews but it's just very frustrating. And they weren't very help.

We first time we went, it was great. The second time, not so much.
The workers had their children on site. The children were making a scene and being a huge distraction. The employee said “ you’re gonna get me in trouble”, as their kid was yelling. It took forever for my sandwich to be ready and I did a mobile order. I think I will find a new location. This was not the best

Have been twice. Both times they are extremely stingy with vegetables like spinach. The last time, I had an awful aftertaste from the bacon, couldn't finish the sandwich. This is the first Subway where the ingredients were totally hidden from sight. Regretted giving them the benefit of the doubt.
I like Subway, but this one is awful.

What a great subway experience, 7-5-25 around 2pm. We got there in the middle of a rush and the employee working did such a wonderful job with all the customers. She was kind, communicative and efficient! I’m sorry we didn’t get your name, but we complimented you directly while we were there too. Thank you for the great service and sandwiches!

I ordered a sub online and when I got there they didn’t have the flat bread which was fine so I just ask if they could cancel it there like yeah yeah they never cancel it. So I call back and there like yeah it’s canceled, but I never got my money or points back
