The guy behind the counter hadn't even started the order twenty minutes after it was ordered. Told us they were out of wraps and was asked if he could replace them with just a sandwich instead. He didn't ask for clarification, so this man made four dippers into four whole sandwiches. Complained and grumbled the whole time. And we didn't notice until he'd nearly finished and at that point there was no way he would've taken being corrected well. If he'd made the order instead of pre-closing at 7 when the hours are listed as closing at 10, and just waited on asking what we wanted to do about the four dippers, he would have had to make one sandwich and we'd have been out of his hair way faster. Idk what management has going on here. But Lord, fix it or just close.

This location is horrific. They were out of pickles, nearly all chips, medium and large cups, small lids, and they were even trying to put the wrapped sandwiches in Domino's bags for carry out. They were out of other ingredients that the customers before and after me asked for. I ordered a medium cup through an online order, and they were only able to give me a small cup with no lid. There was only one worker at 2:00 on a Thursday and he was doing his best with circumstances given. This store should temporarily close until they can get a solid management crew. There is no reason to be opened if this store is being so poorly ran.

This Subway is awful. Walked in at 7pm on a Tuesday to order some dinner and the two male employees kept telling me they were out of stuff. First, I tried to order a chicken sandwich, said they were out of chicken. Then, I tried to order a steak and cheese, guess what, out of steak. After that, we just left. As we were leaving, we saw the two employees outside on a smoke break. I guess they just left the building empty and didn't care.

If you're going to decide to close over a hr early on a Friday night. At least have the decency to turn off the delivery apps. Have drivers come there only to meet with an ahole employee. Not cool. Wasted my time and money driving here for nothing. I don't appreciate it and won't be purchasing from this location anymore.
