This restaurant does a magnificent job at catering. They came to my office and had the whole staff praising the food and set up!
So I called to have them do a tailgate order. I have never had this level of service and attention to detail. Having everything ready, helping take boxes out to the car. And excellent food.
I had to work the morning of the next UGA game, when I was late for pick up- the GM David Wilson called me ! Making suggestions how to speed things up to help us.
If you are considering a tailgate order catering - please consider these great folks! The food is excellent! Service is great! David Wilson and staff the BEST!

Second time I’ve wasted money here!! I spent $130 here between my last two visits within two weeks. It is so difficult for them to read the orders and get them correct. This is highly annoying. I work so hard for my money! Will never use this location again. Forgot all the sauces and then shorted me heavily on my queso! One little black cup for nachos. Completely insane.

I had an amazing experience thanks to Haleigh’s exceptional service. From the moment we began interacting, she was friendly, attentive, and incredibly professional. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, and it genuinely felt like she cared about making my experience smooth and enjoyable. Food was decent, but the place needs to be tidied up. Out of straws, how bout going to Krogers or Walmart and buying some. And expensive at that!

The past two times I have eaten at this restaurant I have been served HARD, CRUNCHY, and essentially INEDIBLE southwest style rice. I specifically asked if the rice was going to be served hard/undercooked, and the staff member either misled me or was unaware of the condition of the food they were serving.

I am confident that this is not the standard experience that surcheros expects for their guest, however I will NOT be returning to this location (or any other surcheros location) until I am made whole for my previous food purchases and given confirmation that the staff do not intend to serve me an inedible meal or ingredient.

I only do pickup so keep that in mind. The restaurant seems clean when I walk in, though.
I've had an incident where they lost my order (I used their website), however, that was only once. Ever since then they've been perfect.
As far as the food, their burritos and especially taco salads are EXCELLENT. To me they have a much better flavor than other local restaurants that are similar.

I had good experiences here until I was served by the general manager recently. Ordered double meat for the first time and received less than I had gotten with a normal order before. Each portion of rice, beans, and vegetables was also significantly less than I had previously gotten. The food was still good, but I hope this isn’t the portions they’re going to.

This was my 3rd or 4th visit to this location. Previously the food and quality were good with no complaints. I came at 7:30 pm to order a kids cheese quesadilla, burrito bowl, and nachos.

1. They ran out of queso, so I couldn’t get nachos, which was probably a good thing because the side chips were SO GREASY. The grease literally leaked through my bag onto the seat of my car.

2. They had to remake the kids quesadilla, what appeared to be 3 times, because they kept burning it. Guess what- the one they sent me home with was still burned and my toddler refused to eat it. Waste of money.

3. By the time they got to the 3rd person behind me, they ran out of rice… How do you run out of rice??? And then they ran out of chipotle ranch because they spewed the last of it all over my burrito bowl and the server’s shirt.

The place was filthy. The red cleaning bucket was next to our food. The floor was so oily that my daughter almost slipped. The chips were very greasy. One of the employees was not helpful at all. He kept leaving halfway when we’re trying to make our bowl. The said that they were out of salsa, and then they gave the salsa to another customer. Would not recommend!

Waited for a long time to even be asked about my mobile order to then be treated like a bother to the young rude children working the counter. They forgot two extra sauces I paid for and free queso I got on app. When I finally got home to eat my bowl it was completely wrong and not enough in my bowl for a small dog to feel full. Not returning due to my money and time being thoroughly wasted

Sucker Epps Bridge has had continual excellent service. Friendly staff quality ingredients. Much better than the local competition. Greet for kids! Oh and portion size is generous. My favorite is guacamole and sour cream is are always free! Keep being great Suchero!

Food is good, not as spicy as the "other" place, staff is really friendly.
