Food is good, not as spicy as the "other" place, staff is really friendly.
Kids seem to like this one better!

Really dirty dining room. The floors, booths, tables and chairs look as if they have not been cleaned all day. I’m here for dinner at 6:30pm. The food is rather terrible. My chips look as if oil were poured on top of them then stomped on before they put them in the container. The staff are clearly miserable and the preparation of my order seems to be a reflection of that misery. Will not be coming back. Hopefully the health department shuts this location down soon.

We have been here several times since the place opened. Service and quality were aweful when we went this weekend.

Less than normal toppings and my bowl had so much water at the bottom I had to scoop it out to be able to enjoy it. My husband’s quesadilla was pretty much just cheese…. Even though a protein and toppings were requested.

I tried to go directly to their website to submit this complaint- when I didn’t hear back I decided to post a google review.

$30 that feels like I just threw out of a window.

Good food, bad customer service

I’m typing this while still here. From 12:00-12:30.
I have heard nothing but great things. So I decided to try it today. This place is an absolute joke when it comes to service! I’m here at 12:00 and the way that my girlfriend and I were just laughed at and spoken too by the girl running the cash register is uncalled for. I was told to wait to finish applying my toppings by a cook which is totally fine. While I waited the girl on front counter told us we were holding up the line and needed to move down. I said we’re waiting. She raised her voice and said to move down due to us holding up the line. The whole time she’s rolling her eyes and smirking at us. As we got to the register we told her again that we were waiting for toppings. She said that’s all you had to freaking say then proceeded to still check us out with a terrible attitude. Then snatched my money from my hand. No thank you’s or your welcome. My half finished burrito was then put on the grill and placed on the counter without a call out or any notice. $40 for something I didn’t even order with absolute terrible service. Ive been a manager in many different industries and there is absolutely no way I would have this type of character providing service and representing my business. It’s sad to see that people set this as their standard of service! I don’t leave many reviews but I genuinely am appalled at this experience. Ate a few chips but my lunch was spent sitting in disgust writing this review.

Mixed reviews here, I was happy with my burrito good portion. Light on the amount of chips given. The burrito bowls I was told had no flavor, fresh but not fulfilling. Probably will not go back. Expensive compared to other options. If you like bland, Mexican food then this is your place.

This place is nothing like the Baxter location. The food has no flavor, and the servings are extremely small. My chips were overcooked.

The food was good but the portions were tiny maybe half a scoop of rice and half a scoop of chicken which equal to about six pieces of chicken on my burrito. Definitely not compatible to the other restaurants in the area with huge portions.

Food is always fresh and fast!! Customer service is on point with everyone showing kindness. Highly recommended for tasty dishes and excellent atmosphere- especially the outdoor patio!

Nice area and needed on this side of town. Staff is nice and the food is really good! I will be back!

Kid-friendliness: Nice vibe, more spacious than other restaurants outdoor seating available with covering.
