Experience was good. The food was quickly prepared and had good flavor. Made better with the number of different hot sauces on hand. I got the pork and my partner got the chicken. The tortillas were a little thicker/breader? Than other places so I think I would get a bow next time. Service could of been a little better. Most of the staff was just going through the motions at best.

Honestly doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Terrible management and the asian american man who worked the nightshift 2/8 was extremely rude to my husband and I. There was no wet floor sign up with a soaking wet floor and we waited to be seen for some time before he decided to finally come out from the back and tell us they were closed. The door was unlocked and it was an hour before closing on their website. So incredibly rude and will not be coming back.

Edit in response to owner: On the date of the review, which was a Saturday, your Google Business hours were until 10 pm. I also checked the app and your location was listed as open until 10 pm. We arrived a few minutes after 8 pm and all of the doors were locked.

Literally paid for double meat and the didn’t put any chicken on. Two different occasions of paying for extra meat and they forgot meat entirely. Absolutely incompetent staff.

First time ordered, I ordered off door dash. I did call them to separate the beef from everything else. They agreed they was able put beef in different container. Separate it from the steak. But when food got delivered it wasn’t separated it was mixed in. Other than that food was good. Please next time if I ask for it to put separate please separate.I had a reason why I need it to separated. Also I didn’t get any salsa I ordered two meals.

The service is getting worse here every time and the food getting awful. I order a burrito and the meat inside is like been sitting in the warmer all day very disappointing in this location.
Been to this location numerous times in the past and the food was awesome! Don't know what is going on now, I ordered nachos and the chips and chicken were so salty it's not edible!!! Wish I could post a picture of the chips with all the salty seasoning on them. Only was able to eat a little of the toppings. So I basically paid $11.99 for ?️.

Recently came in with three of my friends and each of us had numerous bad experiences. Firstly, they switched my burrito with a friends burrito, so that we ended up partially eating the wrong burrito. Luckily neither of us had an allergic reaction to the contents of the other’s burrito. Next, they forgot to put queso on my friends nachos. They also told my friend who had gotten a kids meal that the meal did not come with a drink when it is marketed as having a kids drink. Finally, we let them know that ALL of the salsa were empty to see if it could be refilled, and were told they were completely out - totally okay, until, about 10 minutes later we see them refilling all of the salsas - but that’s okay because the chips were all stale anyways so what would we even eat the salsa with ? This is not the only time i’ve come here and they have been out of way too many ingredients, has happened enough times that I have come in and had to turn around and leave after seeing everything they are out of.
