We placed a mobile order at 7:53 for an 8:08pm pickup time. Finally got our food at 8:26pm, but it's not really the wait time that bothered me. The restaurant was not busy at all - there was one person in the main line. The attitude of the lady working the cashier was horrendous. She actively avoided contact with me and I finally had to interrupt her to get her attention. I told her the name on my mobile order and she said they were working on it but didn't check. This was around 8:15. I waited a few more minutes and then got in the empty main line hoping I could have them make my food while I was standing there. He pulled my ticket to the front but did not start making my food. I waited another 10 minutes for my food. In that time, the cashier lady disappeared to the back. She finally came back with a mop in hand, mopped a little, then grabbed chips with her bare hands and threw them in the fryer. She then got on her phone for a bit and then grabbed more chips and threw more chips into the fryer. That is gross. The overall tone in the restaurant was that the employees were annoyed we were there and the cashier lady was trying to do as little work as possible.
In summary, the quality of the restaurant has drastically and consistently declined since they opened. The employees are not happy to help you, or to help you at all. There were health code violations. We will not be returning.

I usually love going to Surcheros, but my visit last Sunday was a terrible experience. I came in around 2–3 PM, and it took an entire hour just to get my food. My order didn’t even get started for about 20 minutes because the staff was only focusing on to-go orders (for customers who hadn’t even arrived yet). When they finally began my order, some employees flat-out said they didn’t feel like doing certain tasks. My food was restarted multiple times—once sent out incorrectly, then left burning on the stove, and almost sent out wrong again until I spoke up.
By the time I received it, the food was dried out and tasted awful. Having worked in and managed restaurants my whole life, I can say there was no urgency, organization, or leadership during my visit. It was very clear there was no manager present. I truly enjoy Surcheros as a brand, but this particular location was extremely disappointing.

The first time I went to this restaurant it was great! Customer service was amazing and the food was amazing but lately the last couple of times my family and I have gone the customer service was not good. And they are ALWAYS are OUT of some food that we want lately! And it is no near closing time! Like why are y’all not cooking anymore rice or opening another bag of lettuce! I had been saying that I was gonna leave a review or call corporate but hadn’t done so. But I wanted to eat there today and my husband suggested Barberitos and I was like I want Surcheros! And he said everything we go there they are always out of something. I said you have a point. So here we are at Barberitos but this is NOT what I wanted! Surcheros do better PLEASE! I stopped going to Chipotle because of their poor customer service! I don’t want to stop coming to y’all’s restaurant.

The lady working was so rude to me. Food was good, but I was so uncomfortable ordering food here. I tried to be nice and friendly, and she rolled her eyes and sighed at me. Customer service here is below subpar.
Me and my best friend love to eat here (it’s a tradition because we used to eat here when we lived in Brumby). We love the kid’s quesadilla meal. Super filling and delicious. This location and the one on Epps Bridge was both similar in experience/quality - nothing drastic that differentiates them.

Do not order online here. Food was very delicious when Surcheros first opened, but I have ordered numerous times after and have been more disappointed each time. The service is incredibly bad. One time we online ordered, came in about 40 minutes after ordering and they told us it wasn't ready yet. We waited there for almost an hour before they told us they have run out of food and can't make our order.. Even though we placed the order nearly two hours beforehand! Another time we ordered online and they gave us completely different burritos than what we ordered and paid for. I ordered steak and chicken and got burritos filled with only rice, lettuce, and tomato, NO MEAT!? There are even more awful experiences I could talk about, all relating to service. This place used to be so good, so I'm sad to say I'm never eating here again, but at this point I'm just throwing money away every time I order from you guys. The biggest problem is the staff. Please invest money into giving a good salary for competent people. Clearly the workers have no respect for the customers or the restaurant.

Not only that, she didn’t even close the lid properly, so the extra sauce I got spilled all over the inside of the bag. Bad experience all around — not sure what was going on, but it wasn’t it. Definitely wouldn't recommend.
