Who runs this place? The line where the food is looks disgusting. Workers with their hair in face and hanging in food. Dumped food from grill into old meat pan. Worst part is the workers ignored the line for at least 20 minutes working on To Go orders. Horribly run shut ‘er down.

The first time I went to this restaurant it was great! Customer service was amazing and the food was amazing but lately the last couple of times my family and I have gone the customer service was not good. And they are ALWAYS are OUT of some food that we want lately! And it is no near closing time! Like why are y’all not cooking anymore rice or opening another bag of lettuce! I had been saying that I was gonna leave a review or call corporate but hadn’t done so. But I wanted to eat there today and my husband suggested Barberitos and I was like I want Surcheros! And he said everything we go there they are always out of something. I said you have a point. So here we are at Barberitos but this is NOT what I wanted! Surcheros do better PLEASE! I stopped going to Chipotle because of their poor customer service! I don’t want to stop coming to y’all’s restaurant.

Me and my best friend love to eat here (it’s a tradition because we used to eat here when we lived in Brumby). We love the kid’s quesadilla meal. Super filling and delicious. This location and the one on Epps Bridge was both similar in experience/quality - nothing drastic that differentiates them.

Do not order online here. Food was very delicious when Surcheros first opened, but I have ordered numerous times after and have been more disappointed each time. The service is incredibly bad. One time we online ordered, came in about 40 minutes after ordering and they told us it wasn't ready yet. We waited there for almost an hour before they told us they have run out of food and can't make our order.. Even though we placed the order nearly two hours beforehand! Another time we ordered online and they gave us completely different burritos than what we ordered and paid for. I ordered steak and chicken and got burritos filled with only rice, lettuce, and tomato, NO MEAT!? There are even more awful experiences I could talk about, all relating to service. This place used to be so good, so I'm sad to say I'm never eating here again, but at this point I'm just throwing money away every time I order from you guys. The biggest problem is the staff. Please invest money into giving a good salary for competent people. Clearly the workers have no respect for the customers or the restaurant.

Brought a friend here for the first time (and definitely the last). We showed up a little after 7pm and were greeted with nothing but attitude. The staff seemed annoyed we even walked in. They were out of nearly everything we asked for — how are you out of half your menu that early?
The cashier either just started or just didn’t care. She didn’t offer us a bag (common sense?) Not only that, she didn’t even close the lid properly, so the extra sauce I got spilled all over the inside of the bag. Bad experience all around — not sure what was going on, but it wasn’t it. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

The pork carnitas burrito bowl was absolutely fantastic and a ton of food. Loaded with all the toppings and served with rice and black beans, this definitely will not be the last time I'll be going here in the near future. Parking is a little tight so get there early for lunch and you should be just fine.
The salsa was about average for a Tex Mex establishment but the lemonade was surprisingly good.
Experience was good. The food was quickly prepared and had good flavor. Made better with the number of different hot sauces on hand. I got the pork and my partner got the chicken. The tortillas were a little thicker/breader? Than other places so I think I would get a bow next time. Service could of been a little better. Most of the staff was just going through the motions at best.

Honestly doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Terrible management and the asian american man who worked the nightshift 2/8 was extremely rude to my husband and I. There was no wet floor sign up with a soaking wet floor and we waited to be seen for some time before he decided to finally come out from the back and tell us they were closed. The door was unlocked and it was an hour before closing on their website. So incredibly rude and will not be coming back.

I’m not one to write reviews but this locations food is consistently not up to par. Every time I’ve ordered the nachos the queso is separate, except tonight when they decided to DROWN my order in it and gave me maybe 20 chips total to eat it with.

Edit in response to owner: On the date of the review, which was a Saturday, your Google Business hours were until 10 pm. I also checked the app and your location was listed as open until 10 pm. We arrived a few minutes after 8 pm and all of the doors were locked.
