Holy this place took way too long. I was pissed like 10 min ago cause I’ve been sitting in the drive through but currently 30 min in the drive thru when I got here there was 5 cars. This plus sucks

We ordered through uber eats and we ended up missing half our order. We called in asking about the issue, and they told us to order again through the app (After we got our refund) and re-order our food. They (Taco-Bell) proceeded to apologize on a nice note, and provided vouchers for the mistake. Kudos for owning up and providing A-1 service.

Needs to figure out how to properly do ubereats there's always a long wait and at night the drive thru line is slow and they wont let you come inside

I got a pickup order at this restaurant in March, and went to go through the drive thru. The workers said that pickup orders had to be picked up inside the restaurant, despite the app allowing you to choose drive thru pickup.
When I got inside and gave my name, I heard the workers laughing. One of them said, “I don’t know, she said that’s her name,” in between the giggles. Clearly, they were laughing at my (ethnic) name. Beyond being rude, this was racist.
I tried for MONTHS to get in touch w management at this Taco Bell, and NOTHING. I finally got a call back from them in September, where the new manager asked what my issue had been. When I explained, the first thing he did was not apologize, but say that he had hired a whole new team for that location because there had been a lot of issues with them. My exact response was, “That’s good for you I guess, but it doesn’t change what happens to me.” He gave a grudging, perfunctory apology. No offer to make anything right. No accountability.
I asked what they could do for me given I had been chasing them down for months. Instead of coming up with a suggestion to take ANY kind of responsibility, he asked what I wanted. I said a refund on my order should be the bare minimum. He said fine, and then asked for my receipt and said it might be a week or so before I got my refund. I emailed my digital receipt to him on September 18, and followed up on October 1. I have never heard back. I did not get my refund.
Again, this happened in March. There is literally zero reason why this has been dragged out so long. Clearly this location just doesn’t care.

they didn’t even get half of my order right. so slow every time i go through and did not answer or help to get the wrong order fixed or refunded or anything.

Always cold and stale. Often then don’t even make the items correctly. Like they just make it how they feel like it that day.

Why our Taco Bell isn't an option (altho it's nearby): 1st, ordered a party box & it wasn't right at all - instead of 5 of this + 5 of that, they gave 10 of the same thing & those weren't even made right. 2nd, a few mth. later, we decided to drive thru. The cashier didn't give back my card & we didn't notice. The food was ok but come morning, I noticed my card was missing & when I checked my acct., they'd bought an additional combo using it! They gave back my card with apologies, but wtf? 3rd & lastly, we dared to try delivery again recently; We'd ordered everything with beef, but they gave us everything with chicken. We called & were told all they have right now is chicken. Would love to see a turnaround happen here!
Sep 15 2024, asked for a 5 layer add lettuce tomato. got a 5 layer no sour cream... the sweet tea was old and turning sour. And the cantina quesadilla was half cut and crooked...crooked..I would call the store but the number is out of service..please just lie and say your out don't charge me for something if you won't read the order and prepare it as displayed on the screen....clean the restraunt the place smells like kids feet
