I order from this location frequently. I must say, especially maybe nearly a month now and OMG. I think there is a new Shift manager in the evening or manager on duty at that time. I just wanted to say thank you. I tried to call but nobody answered. Whoever manager in the evening and the line people, I greatly appreciate the entire shift for the quality and amount in the food. Thank y'all so much for making sure that EVERYTHING is actually fresh on the line. My food when I do mobile orders or this in store orders and drive thru orders. My food had been awesome lately and I wanted to show my appreciation. Thank you all in this store on second shift/third. The food is awesome. Actually how it supposed to be. Greatly thank you all!!!

I guess I simply won't order Soft Taco Supremes anymore; I keep paying for them, and am given a soft taco non-supreme instead. On a take-out order of course, so it's not feasible for me to drive back and complain. I thought this location was doing better, but now I wonder if I'm incorrect.

Made a mobile pick up order today, lady as soon as we got to the window with an attitude only said pull around and park. So we did, I waited 15 minutes for someone to bring out the food. And the order said it was ready by 10 minutes, I had TO GO INSIDE to get my food because no one was bringing it out with a drive thru pick up order. And this lady didn’t acknowledge me at all and just handed me the bag of food. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had here, the people used to be great but now they are just out right rude to anyone and everyone for no reason. AVOID this location.

Awful cashiers, tried to talk to them and they just pointed at the kiosk. Didn’t say a word. You can’t take my order? Incredibly rude people, I got mean looks from the cashiers. Who would want to eat at a place like this? Will 100% get reported to corporate. Unfortunate to see people treat other people this way. They were also making mean comments about me as I walked away as if I couldn’t hear them. Grown women acting like middle schoolers. Sad.

My husband and I came here after working 12 hours shifts the past 3 days. And all I wanted was Taco Bell. The place was nice and clean, there were a couple customers in the lobby eating and a few in drive thru. Went to the kiosk to do our order, which I really don't mind, since I do special orders all the time, I can select all the items I don't want. I came across these Super Nachos for 6 bucks, I figured I'd try them, since I've liked the nachos bell grande in the past. I typically just get a couple soft taco supremes. So I ordered them and 1 soft taco supreme. My husband ordered a box combo. And it did take about 10 mins for our order, but we didn't mind, since we were winding down, and the 3 guys behind the counter were busy working. Not just standing around. So we get our food and I open my Nacho Box and it was like it was sentd down from Heaven......It was perfectly made!!!! Just the right amount of beans, meat, Nacho cheese, shredded cheese, red sauce which I added, sour & guacamole and diced tomatoes!!! If I was back there making my own nachos, it's exactly how I would of made it!!! 😋 🤤 ♥️ I had to take the time to ask who made them and compliment them, it was that good. Jahmez and his crew came to the counter and showed us so much appreciation of how happy we were with our first trip to this location. Which is very close to our house and will be our fav location. 👏 👏👏 🏆 🥇 A BIG HUGE Thank You to you and your team for the hard work, excellent food, big smiles and laughter talking with yall. Keep up the good work.

The food is good and the people are smiling. The only complaint i had was no menu at the front counter forcing patrons to use a kiosk to search through the menu and place your order. The big touch screen works fine but begs the question of how many unwashed hands have been on it before you.

Throw the whole night crew away. After a certain time the drive thru is snail slow. 1 car every 10+ minutes regardless of order size.
