They said that I was at a different one and took the time to still make my order.

However, my most recent visit to this Taco Bell was great. The staff was kind and personable. My food came out quick, hot and correct. Impressive considering the customizations I had on some of my items. It was very pleasant to see genuine folks in fast food, even more so Taco Bell.

I’ve been frequenting this Taco Bell location for about 6 years and I always swear this is the best Taco Bell in Athens. It’s not the closest one to my house and I go out of my way to go to this location. I always order through the app and pick up through the drive thru.

Julian is a very unprofessional and an unqualified manager. When an issue was brought to her attention, she said “I wasn’t here so I don’t know what to tell you”. I asked her to please have the store manager call me to address the issue several times and then she ended up hanging up on me. Unfortunate since my issue was not taken care of and the issue was with ADA compliance I had to report it to corporate and I am considering reporting it to ada.gov
