BEST breakfast in Elberton! I love the chicken biscuits and hashbrowns. This is definitely one of the best overall restaurants in town. The people are very nice too!

Very nice place for a meal. The staff are incredibly kind and the food is delicious! Tacos were good, and so was the quesidilla. Salsa was different than what I am used to but very full of flavor! The beans were the best I have had anywhere! I will be back!

Mama Rosa so sweet and friendly they moved to a new location the wait staff so friendly they have a meat and two sides delicious .the biggest cat head biscuit's they fill w eggs bacon or ham or sausage good prices good food great people!

I love the breakfast here. Most orders are prepared in front of you. They also have a hot booth with your choice of meat you can put in a biscuit and be in and out really fast. Their lunch menu is Mexican based and is not as large as their breakfast but still good. However the breakfast is the best in town. They open at 5:30 AM too so it’s great for fishermen and hunters.

I work in Elberton. Every morning I eat either a biscuit or burrito from here. And occasionally eat lunch. Not only is the food good but the owner/operators are some of the best people you will ever meet. They take pride and care in what they give you. That's an important part of a community.
