Texas Roadhouse Reviews
I had dinner yesterday saturday 9:00pm with two other people. Honestly, the cleanliness of the tables and the floor was terrible. We were moved to another table, but it was even worse. The food was okay, and the service was actually very good — the staff was attentive and kind. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, so I’m willing to give it another chance. I just hope everything is not in the same condition next time.
Service is terrible food was terrible. We waited for 45min for them to bring us someone else’s order and sit it in front of us.
Then realized they made a mistake and served the same food to the other table.
Beyond that it was freezing inside.
All the while 5 employees were sitting in the booth behind us just joking around.
Won’t come back for quite some time.
My server was alright - 7/10 for him.
Everything else was horrible.
For some reason the manager Desiree came to our table and decided she wanted to talk down to us and be very condescending. Been going there 1-2 times a month, but never again. I’ll stay at chop house, it’s way better service and food and guaranteed management!

Texas Roadhouse is a restaurant that serves amazing food, with some locations performing better than others. The steak is often cooked to the requested temperature, but it can be underwhelming in flavor and seasoning, lacking the depth and char that many expect. Sides like mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables can be highlights, as they are creamy and fresh. However, options like the loaded baked potato and shrimp can still be dry and overcooked. The portobello mushroom chicken remains a delicious choice, and their rolls are a popular appetizer. The service is generally great, with attentive and friendly staff who are knowledgeable about the menu and offer good recommendations. Kid-friendly options are available, making it a decent choice for families. However, there are concerns about safety, such as the placement of hand dryers near bathroom doors. Additionally, parking can be challenging, and the restaurant's ambiance is cozy yet upscale, making it a nice place to relax. Overall, while Texas Roadhouse is a solid choice for a casual dinner, it may leave some hoping for a bit more from the steak experience.
